He did fine. The sharks were mad because he had no sales. That's why I don't like them. I have enjoy d elia he shoe but they never take risk. There is no reason to get a shark because they only invest in successful companies. People just want to blow up but they will get their eventually without the sharks. They will just take over your company. That is why Damien isn't on the show anymore.
Really bad look for the Sharks this episode. Kevin called him a pig. Lori acted like a brat. Mark Cuban and Robert said he was 'salesy' when he was answering every single question as politely as he could as they were bombarding him.
An orginal pitch can be ongoing for an hour, but they need to cut it out to around 8 mins for television. We viewers will never know if he was "salesy" or not as it is not shown in the video.

Lori acted like a high schooler whose ego was hurt because she didn't get attention. Kevin saying 'this is a catastrophe' is hilarious. Sorry Kevin, FTX was a catastrophe. The entrepreneur carried himself really well. Very professional! Glad his business is booming!
I have. I forget what the product was but there was a guy who was a doctor I believe pitching something and she accused him of misogyny because he wasn't answering her questions either. He kept getting involved with Mark and ignoring her, kind of like this deal here. The guy was selling some sort of over the counter medication with zinc in it. I do remember that. But basically this was a replay of that, except the doctor guy she accused of being a chauvinist.
I agree. They did treat him like he was worthless. I did purchase a BedJet and it’s be completely remarkable. Absolutely I’ve never had a problem with it. It does exactly what it’s promised, the owner stands behind the product. Shark tanks. You all disappointed me. I enjoyed your show until I saw what you did. That was pathetic. That man came to you for an opportunity to earn some income off of his hard work. I feel very thankful that you never became part of what Mark had to offer.
I absolutely love near misses! Shows the entrepreneurs tenacity in getting out there, winning and grabbing a piece of the market without an almighty shark! Respect! Also, the attitudes of the shark. Stuff you Lorri and Kevin.
This was one of the worse moments for the sharks by my experience! If they acted like this most of the time I would no longer be a fan of the show or the sharks! He was the only winner on this episode and he definitely deserves it!
Lori didn't even ask him 5 times. But I'm happy for Mark that his product is successful. From the way the sharks treated him, none of them deserve to partner with him and make money from his hard work.
I lost a large amount of respect for Lori i this one. I usually respect her calmer and well-mannered approach and she's typically the more classier sharks on the show. Her behavior in this clip was super immature and childish. You're not the only shark there and you're not the most important one either. She's done this before and she's even gone as far blaming it on her gender. It's embarrassing. This is one of the rare times I actually agree with Barbara. Just get over it. I'm really glad this dude went on to become a success.
Its really sad to see your favorite sharks insult and treat a person this bad. But a very cool product though which could save lot of electricity in long run. Why need to cool/heat the whole room when you sleeping.
Watching this whole video is just an absolute embarrassment on Lori, “I screamed to get your attention so I’m out” to be a shark and act like a complete child is ridiculous. Barbra tried to save her but then here comes Robert saying it’s a good point like simp harder bruh. Sharks are just bottom feeders. They don't believe in a persons vision or tenacity. All they care about is sales. Happy for this guy. He remained calm and forgiving throughout this entire pitch.
I just got a bed jet and it is a fantastic product. The idea of wicking heat is like having the effects of a fan, but while being under the covers. The price point is actually not bad either. Premium king size mattresses easily hit $4k. $1k for the dual bed jet. All of that for restful sleep is golden.
What a perfect example of how: These five can’t get over their own egos, They can’t identify a winner, They’re only there to profit from people, never to help build them or the company up. The guy has two ears, and two eyes. There’s no way he could possibly keep track of what five people who are SHOUTING over each other were trying to do. Thanks for demonstrating the perfect failure of your programme. Maybe find some different, better, mentors for the people bringing their blood, sweat and tears to your show.
I dunno what year this pitch premiered, but $500 doesn't seem like an outrageous price point for that. The mattress stores markup is incredibly high, and people still pay it cuz they value their sleep. It would probably sell better at a $200-300 price point, but if it works like he said, $500 is a premium price for a premium product. People pay $100-200 for just a box spring.
I mean I wouldn't respond either to someone screaming at me. 💁🏼♀️ The fact he kept his smile through it all and didn't respond to Lori with "Well you were screaming at me of course I won't respond." Shows his amount of control. They exploded on him and bombarded him with questions instead of taking turns. I guess you could say this guy has great bed side manners! They really missed out!
It’s unfair. Okay, he didn’t have the best presentation but with them all asking questions and talking over themselves it’s hard especially in front of the camera. You get minutes to pull off your presentation and that is not easy. Thank God the product is doing so well. I’m actually tempted to get one. I can’t believe none of the Shark Tank people didn’t get the value of such a device for something that practically every women and couple would love to have. Night sweats anyone?
My favorite favorite favorite product!!! Miss for the Sharks. Saved me when I was dealing with an illness and my body was not properly regulating my temperature.
I think this product will work well for people live in the basement. It’s hard to heat basement since hot air rises. It’s easier to warm just the bed so people can sleep better.
Fantastic product. I had chronic insomnia...spent thousands on doctors, pills, etc... after installing this... the first night I got 9 hours sleep. Can't put a price on peace of mind.

Sometimes the sharks are fools and make mistakes. I've purchased two bed jets over the last few years and it's perfect for me. I've always slept hot, and would wake up with sheets soaked in sweat. Most of the year I use the cooling function and LOVE IT. Occasionally, here in Houston, when it gets "cold", I'll turn the heat function on. Is it perfect, no? Do I love it, yes! I'm proud of this man for keeping calm and doing a wonderful presentation. That Lori was like a b!tChy kid! Lori, watch the clip, everyone was talking at the same time, asking questions. He's on national TV, and he is IGNORING YOU?!?! I hope he is now a very wealthy man! I'm now wondering if someone saw this episode, realized the potential and reached out to him and offered him a deal?

I cannot believe how RUDE the sharks were to this man. I was astonished that Mr. Wonderful called him a pig. Really? Makes me really rethink watching this show. I have wanted one since DAY ONE. I think that people underestimate the market for people who sleep hot or cold and people who might want to save costs by cooling or heating the bed not the entire room or house.
I bought one and it is amazing. I bought one before that you had to add water and I never liked it. This is totally amazing. I have ordered several for my home and just ordered the new smaller version for when we travel. I can’t imagine going on vacation without the feeling of air between the sheet and no heaviness on my legs. Having that little bit of air at my neck is just the best ever feeling. I couldn’t live without my bed jet. And it is a very fair price
Sharks got spooked that his product wasn't market tested, no sales yet. Kevin Oleary was brutally honest in basically saying that. Lori felt disrespected that the vendor kept going to other sharks instead of her, especially at the last part when he chose to answer Barbara's question over Lori's even though Lori had been asking already multiple times. Overall Oleary and Lori had good reasons to go out. The other sharks were just spooked about it not being on the market yet, especially for a 2.5M valuation.
It’s really unprofessional from them to behave like kids, they make so much noise, that we as audience get irritated, people are coming to give them a chance to get involved with them business,not to be called pigs and being disrespectful in front of millions of views on tv ,
if they have hit 100K sales they should be at 50 million life time sales.. assuming their policy of 2 months return allowance nearly 40% of costumers return the bedjet! Am i missing something here ?
none of their objections sound legit haha my problem with the product is that for $500 it doesn't even cool the air. there are way cheaper options for heating or just blowing air
The Sharks were right. The product seems like its what I want, but im not paying $900 for the two units I would need plus another $100 for the sheet it needs to work. This guys greed killed an otherwise decent idea.
