One thing I don't like is ice used to cool the curd inside the container these are factory made ice which is not for the purpose of consumption it should be used to keep in thermal boxes to keep things cool like bottles soda drinks he maintains a good hyegine otherwise.

@MD77248 don't generalize the whole country hyegine dear. This man was not able to maintain good hyegine but what can you expect from street vendor. There are many 5 stars hotels and best restaurants go look the hyegine level there. So don't generalize hyegine standards in India. Also we as a people of society coexist with other persons similar way these street vendors coexist with theri target audience. It's simple if you want cheap and tasty go to street vendor. If you want every thing like best quality hyegine then pay the price go to that kind of hotel or restaurant or cafe etc your choice but stop blaming the whole country and generalize it's standards
@@gauravvijan03 You go to other countries like Japan, South Korea or Taiwan where you can easily come across many different types of street food. You would hardly see any vendors prepare and handle their food in the way those guys did in the video. Or at least they are never regarded as maintaining good hygiene even if there was. Plus, you don't have to go to a fancy expensive restaurant to have food prepared under good hygiene environment. It's the sense of hygiene of the people who make the food and the government regulations that determines the hygiene standard in a country.
@MD77248 if you want to compare then the whole thing changes population, economy,gdp , religion , ethics so much factors to consider every country have their challenges managing such a huge population is a big challenge for India. Which brings hyegine as another challenge therefore expecting hyegine from every other small cart and street vendor will be wrong but generalizing every one in india as not maintaining hyegine will be wrong as well.
