Beautiful technique! I'm curious as to why it is better to wipe the no-wipe topcoat? Doesn't that remove the tacky layer that helps chrome powders and the like stick?

+Hafsa Hi! LUXA shine is a no wipe gel top coat. As it cools down from being inside the lamp, sometimes chromes or flakes don't like to stick to it. A quick swipe of alcohol fixes that problem ;)

All your pigment are so bautifull...How I would like to have the opportunity to try them. Unfortunately I live in Argentina and it is impossible to have them ....
