Good point. Half of our personality is shaped by how we view ourselves… the other half is shaped by how others view us. Just think of those kids who grew up with parents that told them they were losers and worthless every day. They grow up to believe that.

Yeah, but she’s only 22 years old. There are women in their 40s who act like kids on tv. At least she had an excuse as a young adult trying to find her way in the world. I can’t wait to see how her life develops.

I agree with both perspectives. It's just a TV show so certain routines are amplified for the camera. And the date she went on was a little ridiculous. There's someone for everyone and I don't think it's such a great idea to match her up with someone random.

@@IamPINKIEDaniels Well yes! There’s plenty of other things that add to it. Her height alone makes it hard to see her. Walking in a parking lot is more dangerous for her. My biggest fear in a parking lot isn’t my kids knowing what to do. It’s drivers not seeing them and backing into them.

She's always an easier for any number of crime targets due to size. Though I have had classmate who were pretty much her size and and they were independent out in the city (at NYC).

NYC is full of buildings most people don’t even own a car they take taxis and the subway and when people cross the road it’s groups of people walking across the road so if anything it would be safer for her to walk around in NYC. How many 3ft tall kids get hit in a parking lot? Doesn’t happen very often. If ur a good parent you teach ur kids to watch out for cars when walking. People cause accidents because they slam on their brakes to avoid a squirrel or a bird in the road! She’s not at any more risk to get hit by a car because she’s 3ft tall that’s just absolutely ridiculous to say that. Someone that gets hit by a car in a parking lot is usually from people not paying attention because they are on their phone or an old people that shouldn’t be driving anymore because they can’t turn their head to look around. Just because she’s small doesn’t mean she can’t live a regular life just look at Verne Troyer he was only 2ft 8 and he was able to do just about anything! There are plenty of mentality challenged people that live on their own if they can do it there’s no reason she can’t. If she was my daughter the only reason I wouldn’t want her to move out on her own is because she’s my little girl not because she’s short and I don’t want anything to happen to her I want my daughter around so I can protect her just like any other good parents. I mean if she didn’t move out of her parents do you think she’s never gonna be in a parking lot alone? Just because she lives with her parents doesn’t mean she goes out with her parents for everything she does you’re thinking she is treated like she’s five years old still

Cases like your sons make me so happy we've progressed so much in the medical field. Sure, he'll be on meds, but if it weren't for those meds and treatment, his life would most likely be far much harder. If it weren't for modern-day medicine, so many people would be facing terrible complications or even death because of their conditions - not just talking about pituitary abnormalities, but in general. For example, I would've died when I was just 4 years old, if it wasn't for the medical knowledge we have today. If I were born even 50 years earlier, I wouldn't survive. It's crazy to think about these things and it makes me grateful :)
