Although I don't eat meat anymore, you're missing out if you've never had bulgogi (Korean BBQ) or what I used to have as a kid, which was grilled beef wrapped in sesame leaves or lettuce. Basically bulgogi and rice wrapped in lettuce or sesame leaves like a burrito. Sometimes people add things, typically for us it was gochujang (a type of hot red pepper paste), bulgogi dipping sauce (Soy sauce, sesame oil, korean chili paste, toasted sesame), or some shredded lettuce (if we were using sesame leaves)
I swear 6:55 Koreans love that type of cheese. I remember even eating it as a kid when I was with a baby-sitter, who was Korean. She was also friends with my mom, who is also Korean lol
