Oh Ashley I am so sorry you broke your arm again. Jason I am sorry you are having a bad week. But remember better days are ahead of you. Thank you for sharing this with us. It sounds like you have a good doctor, though, for being willing to take the cast off and just put a bigger one on. So glad you were still able to do your nails.

I agree! I was really hoping that's what they'd want to do, but thought that I may have had to request it. They did their job really well. Fingers crossed that the cast can come off soon!

I know! But, to be fair, she's too adventurous for her own good! HA! Luckily, she wasn't in too much pain. Such a stinker, but good thing she's a cutie!

Poor girl! I know those casts suck! I had a similar incident in which I had to get two casts in a week, too. When I broke my ring finger right above my knuckle, I opted for a cast because I'm clumsy. Well, my cast was short like Ashley's, but I didn't fall on mine. I got mine caught in my hoodie sleeve and I guess the swelling had gone down in my hand because the first cast slid right off of my hand when I was pulling on it trying to get it out of my sleeve. I had to go back and get a longer one. LOL.

Goodness! That’s quite the cast experience for you too! I guess that’s why they wait for swelling to go down! Hope it all went better with the 2nd cast. :) Hope you have a wonderful weekend.

Oh no! I'm so sorry that you hurt your finger too! P.E. can be such a dangerous sport! Ha! Hope you recover quickly with that cast!

Well…if this is the set of casts I’m thinking of, she did break her arm again. She had 4 casts for 2 sets of breaks. 🙄

She got LOTS of X-rays done on her arms! She also had tombs some school that day, but that's ok. We have a cover that goes over her cast when she showers so that it doesn't get wet.
