Answering about the blind questions, definitely depends on when the person became blind for being able to read braille. My mom never learned how to read braille because she started becoming blind while in college.

True. We have a kid at my school who is in a wheelchair at the moment, even though she can walk fine. If she walks all day, it causes her legs stress and other damage. The wheelchair helps prevent that.
