I have a male friend who had property and it was on section 8. It didn’t work out at all. The tenant destroyed the property and he had to take her to court for an eviction and rent owed. She was going vacationing while her rent was 3 months behind. It’s actually not worth it, a lot of those tenants on section 8 do not live right. Not all but it applies a lot. Unless you have it in the lease that you’ll do housekeeping inspections it’s not worth it. He ended up selling the house.

Woman that have dogs normally have them only because they took them from there last relationship. Don’t sleep fellas dogs are just like children, by any means necessary to hurt the guy.
