that thing that you hate 'attached to her' is her earpiece (bit you know that) and whenever she removes them and let them hang instead of in her ear; she is about to hit her high notes. You should like it whenever you see it and anticipate crazy notes.

Yes, she's phenomenal, with an amazing technique. Though she's technically better now, I think I know what would help her. Firstly, I don't think she should've abandoned her whistle like she did. Yes, I know she still uses it occasionally, and it's better for her voice, but not many singers can whistle like her. It makes it a distinguishing feature since her goal right now is to be popularized in the West. Secondly, she's always had pitch troubles. She's amazing except for that and agility. As a Mori Stan, I won't be toxic and act like she's a perfect vocalist, and I'll expose the truth. She tends to be imprecise and messy with her pitch, so that should be fixed. Lastly, her song lyrics. I know English is her second language, but her Signature EP had some issue. Every song besides Phoenix and Trophy had lyrics that just made you know that English wasn't her language. She's definitely improving, though, and 'Undangon Ta Ni' is showing her new style.

The first time she did the whistles in Mariah Carey's song Emotions was perfect and I loved it, but now she does it in almost every song and it's so irritating and annoying because she doesn't have to do that. Her rendition of Rise Up in the Wish bus was purer and more powerful, more beautiful and emotional. This one was just showing off unnecessarily, even destroying the song. I am a big fan of hers being a Filipina myself. I am thus so disappointed after hearing this. I don't even like hearing whistle tones unless they come out of a real bird. It only sounds melodic from a real bird. Oh Morisette, please please cease and desist the whistling noise. It's NOT music to the ears and it sure ain't singing. Don't make the mistakes of singers who think they're belting the song with power when in fact they're just screaming to reach the high notes. This is why a lot of good singers NEVER become successful world famous superstars like Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Celine Dion, Maria Carey, Janet Jackson or the the King of Pop, the late. Michael Jackson.
