The problem is Africa is totally influenced by the western world and everyone there wants to live like the west. So at the end of the day, Africa needs to learn how to be in control of its destiny.
@mobishop8690
@mobishop8690 2 года назад
The West used its strong power in all areas of life to bring other people under their control especially through the media. Imagine how they swerved the African Americans to the point that they forgot they are Africans and never wanted to hear about Africa, while on the contrary they influenced Africans on the continent and their brethren the African Americans too with good things that their eyes would see to capture their minds and rule them perpetually. The whites are generally greedy, selfish and wicked who like to swerve people of other colour so that they will remain under them. Anyway with little hope the youth with time will change the status quo. An example is what we're all listening to in Hannah's expressing power to tell you that all the days aren't for the thieves, as the owners will one day take over their destinies. Is the West today able to control China? Of course big NO. Your right answer will tell you what the destiny of Africa can be with the needed little cooperation. Hanna's testimony is the game changer.

As an Ethiopian Orthodox Christian, I totally understand and agree with her. It requires understanding of the spiritual purpose of life to make such decision. I belive it worth only move back to our Continent, when we have such view and mentality because we have to remember that our Continent is affected by Westernized Civilization and value. Those of you who are not religious or forgot your background and adopted completely western value, may not understand what she's saying but I believe Hanna set herself free. May God continue to bless your life. እግዚአብሔር እንዳንቺ መጨረሻችንን በሀገራችን ያሳምርልን!

Thank you for this informative interview. I had been researching to find the African country I'd call home - and I believe I've found it - Ethiopia. They have the richest history since Jesus, and I'm excited. They have the oldest Bible, the only non-colonized country, the first Christians and the deepest Christian connection to Jesus.

When I went back Ethiopia after 27 years, there is some spiritual experience I felt just seeing a lot of Ethiopians in one place and simple things as buying water from a small shop speaking Amharic. If you are in touch with any of them please encourage them. There are still advantages to having that US green card. Even citizenship if they have it. Tell them downsize their expenses where they can and live on less. Grow your own food where you can or use community garden. Use that us passport to their advantage if they have citizenship. If they have green card they can still travel to other places in the caribean visa free and can stay 60-180 days. Caribean islands have their own problems but they can take their knowledge and skills to the caribean and still have a better quality of life. There are lots of islands in the carribean they can make a new home. There's also Micronesian islands the world is huge. There are other opportunities. Get to the libraries and learn about these other countries and opportunities now that they have access to it. Do not give up. Yes they came to America there's other work they can do including working in trade skills. Please just don't give up.

I was in Addis about 4 years ago. It was cosmopolitan with the African Union and was like living in Washington, D.C. Amazing warm people. Being Jamaican, loved Shashamani. I kept asking where were the starving people I saw on TV because I didn't see any in Ethiopia. The con, though, the killing and strive and has to stop. The museum where they document the killings left me in tears. Overall, I would go back in a minute and plan to when I retire next year.

The starving people are being hidden from gov't medias and supporters medias. It is not in Addis it is outside from Addis. King HaileSelassie hid the famine, Mengistu hid the famine, and now Abiy is hidding and deny it. Also people in Addis are struggling. But it is covered to increase the image of the country.

You can graduated from any HBCUs and still noticed some thing missing spiritually. Look at how the west promoted good is evil and evil is good. Look at the nasty things they teaching to children in schools they have no business teaching. The fact that black people still at the bottom when it comes to income. That included if they are more qualify to get a promotion than any other race who is less qualify and get the promotion. I can go on and on. There's a picture of a school with a yard equal prison with a yard and school bus equal prison bus. This is what they the oppressors called "pipeline" to push the black community into. No shock that their aim was to destroy only black families that once was in unity before the Civil Right law came into effect. After that black communities in the country suffered the most.

I still live in America and found my own freedom here, so much deeper when freedom isn't predicated on a physical place. Freedom can be anywhere. People have been imprisoned and found mental/spiritual freedom behind bars.

Africa is a very wealthy continent. I agree that we are kind of programmed into thinking that we are not good night and destined to poverty while we are sitting on tremendous wealth. It is time to wake up, be in harmony and work to get prosperous in stead of fighting each other needlessly.
