This would be illegal in virtually all western countries. One of the reasons people die in fires in New York City.

i live in nyc as an apartment owner for $1770/month (includes everything like mortgage, hoa, insurance) for roughly 900 sqft

其实一个人住，房子大了真没必要，我现在住的50平-60平，是我觉得正好的。但也不能太小，以前合住过单间，就10平米一间，那就真的有点压抑了🙃

So, oddly enough... I think this could be incredibly beneficial if someone wants to have considerably higher financial freedom. Considering the costs of everything there are so high, I'm willing to be a person would benefit from having very low rent to pay, establishing their career, and saving tons of money to eventually make a change and have wads of cash to move anywhere in the US. I wouldn't say it's an ideal situation, but if someone wanted to move to Minneapolis, MN or Florida, they'd have plenty ready to spend and live a very nice life. Kind of all depends on the person, though.

为什么那男的房间比起女的房间又大又便宜还有卫生间？是不是他是第一个租的，然后把房子改建隔小再分租出去？不然说不过去。如果是房东出租，肯定会按照面积大小定租金。

Your videos are way more better than your courses. I bought one course which advertised as you can improve speaking quickly and also the tutorial videos will keep updating. I was quite disappointed of that course. You just put some random clips into the courses and never updated, which is not informative, systematic, and explanatory. I hope you will spend more time and effort on improving the online courses.
