Million Miles is the song which made me cry, for the first time since I was a child. This song allowed me to finally properly grieve the loss of loved ones. Angelina is heaven sent and she turned me into one of her angels.

Sadly Angelina's grandfather died in 2018. Angelina’s maternal grandmother Mery Zamani has had tremendous influence on Angelina and her career as she introduced Angelina to Jazz at an early age. Mery is a famous Iranian contemporary writer, poet and painter who was also a child prodigy herself being on Radio Iran's Children program at age 4 and began writing poetry and painting by the age of 9. Later Mery was trained in art at the Tokyo Academy in Japan where she met her husband, who was Japanese, during her master degree's training in Japan. This is to honor her grandfather. There is no one who can do the many genres that Angelina excels in doing. With her roots being planted in jazz, and then you add her huge vocal range that goes from the highest highs to the lowest lows on the register, sprinkle in her soulful inflections and you have a 'one of a kind' talent that I have never experienced before her.

Heaven only knows why this song isn’t being played on every radio station and in every home across the globe right now..if a song was ever right for its time this is it! I’ve made a pledge to myself that every time I watch a reaction to a song by AJ I’m then going to rewatch it on her channel..I worry that so much focus on RU-vid means her numbers on her own channels are being compromised.

I absolutely love watching this girl sing!! She just pours out thise emotions and you can see that she truly feels what she is singing about. Even if she hasn't necessarily experienced some if the songs she has covered. You wouldn't know it. She sings from deep within in heart and it touches our hearts so much it hurts sometimes. I truly believe this girl has been reborn and has lived many lives before this. Which allows her to feel what she us singing about This song is her own song she wrote fir her grandpa that passed. This was also her 1st release after being signed with Republic records.!! So a ton if emotions being felt by this young lady. A couple of years ago his paternal grandfather died, recently his maternal grandfather died. This song is dedicated to the death of the second of them, with whom Angelina was most attached. Good feedback.

This song CHEATS SO MUCH. It's that simplicity of Voice-over-Piano - as you observed - makes this 'real'. And THEN the swelling cello bits me like a tidal wave. That is SUCH a huge cheat to bring out our most powerful emotions. And look again at your comments: it's the simplicity of the arrangement that makes this so much more powerful than all the wall-of-sound pop crap.
