I do the push ups it gives me motivation. I used to not be able to do 1 correctly without my arms hurting and a couple days ago i cpuld only do half correct and the others would be the "girly" push ups but now i can makes me feel great and better thank youu Roman so much truly appreciate it 🙌🏽❤🤙🏽

I have an idea for the pushups. How about the day of the month is how many push ups you do that day, so you start with 1 and end on 30 and then every month it restarts

DEFINITELY love the push up challenge your doing. I do them everyday and do the same amount of sit ups along with it. Really hope you continue this because im trying to lose some weight and its nice to have somebody to do it with, without being embarrassed.

I do the push ups :) btw you should tuck your elbows closer to your torso and have you arms approximately vertical when you are in your upward position. what you do now can lead to shoulder damage, plus it isn't working all of the muscles that push ups are supposed to. (LIKE so he can see PLEASE)
