That striped cover is beautiful! She also has some really great insert options! And those sewn notebooks are lovely. I really like the uncluttered inside pages. Thanks, Amanda!
I love the undated daily, but I would probably want it to not have a day of the week either so I don’t feel guilty if I miss a day. Of course, could always cover with stickers or cross out. very beautiful and functional!
I've never used a disc bound planner before. This was very informative. Now I need to run and buy some of those mini notebooks. They may not have the lovely artwork that another company has, but they are the right size, sewn, and affordable! 😊
She has some great layouts. If I ever decide to try discs, think this'll be my first one to look at. Really helpful by the way to see you explain disc sizes.
How in the world do I decide??? Do you ever have trouble deciding what will work for the year? I know you use more than one planner a year, but to this easily overwhelmed mind...I need one that does it all. Goal planning (guided help), self care, habit tracking, weekly planning, etc. I think I just want everything in one place in a layout that I like. After watching all the videos so far...Each of them has something I want, but not one has everything. Guess I will have to give in and get a couple. As usual...you have covered everything so wonderfully!!!
@gloriamoore1205 we offer planner consultations and I would love to meet with you and see if we can help you find your perfect planner for the year. No pressure our number one priority is to make sure you get exactly what you need.
Hi Gloria:) It is very overwhelming. I agree. I think sometimes it takes a few trial and error purchases or years...to really find what you love and what works best for you.
*** I gave the wrong information on these items: -She Plans does have a dated Discbound Planner line. The Plan Your Way Line I shared is only undated;) -The Discbound planner pages are 5.5x8.5 (half-letter) Not A5 as I stated -The sticker tabs I shared are not for the tab dividers They are for putting on the planner pages themselves *** * Shop SHE PLANS (Affiliate Link): bit.ly/3TL8zyz *10% OFF Code: AMANDASFAVORITES Unlimited use!
I really like She Plans inserts so well made for such a budget friendly price. My only hang up which really is personal preference is that I'm a Monday start girl, monthly and weekly but I would absolutely get the goal planner.
I understand needing the start date that works for you;) The goal planner is such a simple and functional system! Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts;)
Can you tell me why disc is your favorite binding? I have never tried it but I am considering. I think some of the folios on the market are so appealing.
@@matiwonesa I like the flexibility to move things around, and still fold the whole thing over like a spiral. For me, that is easier and less bulky than a folio.
Love the monthly sewn planner. I got one from Laurel Denise last year but could not wrap my head around the Monday start so stopped using it, so I’m really excited that She Plans has a Sunday start and in a 7x9 size. Not too big, not too small. Just placed my order for it with a vinyl cover. Thanks for the discount code! 😊
Clear precise awesome presentation from you as always Amanda, really love watching anything from you. Love your Chanel and really love these discbound planners and the fact you can buy a sample pack, brilliant idea! Going to check out her store, thx again💕
Thank you so much! That means a lot for me to hear- especially on a review with this much in it- which is very challenging and a lot of work! And yes- the sample pack is brilliant:) Have a good week:)
I am loving this planner! This is exactly whatI have been Iooking for. The layout is absolutely perfect for me and it allows me to do do a little focusing on goals when I choose to but easily covered up/switch those spaces into something else if I don't. I am looking at the daily. I Can't seem to walk away from that after all it seems like. :)
I am packing to go out of town and those are not right on my shelf...so I am not sure I will be able to dig them out and get back to you before I leave. I am sorry I didn't think to share that in this video. I would DM or email She Plans;) If I wasn't in the middle of packing I would get that info. to you asap!
Are these the same size as the Happy Planner classic? I dont love the Happy Planner inserts so I've been making my own but I'm liking some of what I'm seeing.
They use Lavenger punch. Has anyone had any trouble with the pages coming out easy? The stems are shorter and from previous experience with the Happy Planner, the longer the stem the better. The short stem kept coming out of the disc for me.
Good question and concern. I just went and tested mine...and they seem like they are in there really well and you won't have issues with that. But maybe others who have used it can chime in!
Thanks for sharing. The undated weekly seems to meet most of my ‘wants’ except: monthly being lined and would prefer one book with all months. My wants: 7x9 or 8x10, no coil or discs, monday start for monthly and weekly or undated, monthly/weekly, vertical layout, lined monthly pages, and 12 months at a time. Does such a planner exist?
Off the top of my head these are the ones that come the closest...they don't check every box....but pretty close: Hemlock & Oak, momAgenda, Passion Planner, Hobonichi Cousin....I wish more companies would make bound book options. I think they are harder to get right with the binding and thick paper sewn in there....that's probably why there are less of them.
She doesn't make her monthly with Monday start...as far as I know she doesn't offer that option. But I would email and ask her or DM on IG to make sure;) She has A LOT of products!
We do offer an option for Monday start monthlies in our Plan Your Way line, but not in our sewn planners. I will definitely keep this in mind for the future.
I put a correction in the description about this and pinned it as the top comment- I was wrong! They are not a5- they are half-letter. All the inserts. I am sorry for the confusion. The correct size is all up on her website too.
This is interesting; thanks for the review. I looked at the website and added one year’s worth of stuff I liked to the cart to see the price. It’s expensive! Are there other planner brands you know of that let you do so much customizing like this brand does?
Some other brands that let you customize are Plum Paper, Golden Coil, Agendio...But to be honest I think he prices are right on with everyone else's with great paper, good design, and quality. Small shops can't do huge print runs like bigger companies to get the prices down. But there are planners for all price ranges out there;) Best of luck finding the one that fits your life & budget right now.
