Because women are taught not to be accountable for their actions. If they do something wrong you pushed them to it. If they cheat on you you weren't man enough and you weren't fulfilling her needs.

Its like comparing the amount of ants that die when an anthill is stomped out vs when a kid pours his water bottle into one. The numbers are massively in womens favor for cheating more.
