My mum is a nana and my dad is a gg (grumpy grandpa).. My brother started it with his first born they now have 6 grandkids between us both and it has stuck! Good luck! Stay calm don't panick when it comes to it! X

Breathing helps soo much during labour! Especially with it being your first! I had my first baby in June and the midwife was telling me to breathe and it helped me a lot! Good luck Jamie💛💛

Message to Jamie, the breathing will help you the rest of your life. I can't count the number of times I've relied on those breathing techniques to get me through things that I've been through. Part of the technique is like your breathing in yoga so you may already have that down. Good luck and I'm sure everything will be fine.

I had my baby boy at 28 weeks in December and I’m 20 years old, the breathing is honestly THE BEST THING she can do! I suffer from pretty bad anxiety and it helped me incredibly. My baby boy is now up in heaven watching over me 👼 I wish Jamie a healthy labour 💝

@@mildapriestley1869 my son Noah passed away while I was pregnant. It’s more common than people realise to have a stillbirth but it is also way more common to have a healthy baby :)

The baby called call you glamar and grandog. Abuela( it’s Spanish for grandma) abuelito( it’s Spanish for grandpa) or mimi and papa. Nanni and pops.

So I went grocery shopping because I’m trying the vegetarian/vegan lifestyle. There’s so many options out there. I already can tell that eating this way gives you more energy and makes you feel better.

Wishing Jamie all the best, motherhood is the best adventure Just to say that cot bumpers are not recommended by the NHS as they pose a risk of suffocation, strangulation and choking so would just turn the radiator off instead if she can

Lovely to see a video from the king and queen of #freedomfam Wow, only seems like month ago Jamie was sick and had to home from the holiday and then you announcing she was having a baby, 5 weeks away, thats crazy. My parents are Nanny and Grandad, my in laws are grandma and Grandpa but my little girl when she first started talking couldn’t say grandma or grandpa so it’s turned into Mamar and Pompa. My nephews call their grandad Grandy. Good luck when the time comes ❤️

Ex-midwifery assistant here. Jamie, it does sound like early labour pains. You need to rest as much as you can. Walking, as good as it sounds, will progress a labour & you should avoid this if you're still having contractions. Plenty of warm (not hot) baths will help with pain. Please get as much rest as you can, with your feet up. While most babies born at 33 weeks will be just fine, there can be issues & a lot of stress for Mum, Dad & family.

Best grandad name which is common in america and becoming common here is GA GA. i went into slow labour a week before and because of that the atcual labour was only 6 hrs in total. So excitrd for jamie and adian , lovely summer ahead for them ❤️❤️xxx

So lovely to see you. You’ve been missed 🙏. Lovely to see Jamie too & the little bump. Mustn’t forget the fur baby either 🐱 who is an extra bonus. Really hope Jamie’s cramps subside. I actually think you can get Braxton hicks that are more continuos so fingers crossed that’s all it is 🤞 xx Life hasn’t been the best for me “healthwise” but I’m not going to make a big deal of it. I have wonderful support around me so no need to “moan” on here lol. I much prefer positive anyway 👍. I’ve made peace too with a few people I had become distant with and it’s great to have an old friend back. Life is too short to hold grudges & not let go of bad feelings.
