Layla Busally I'm not fine I'll admit it this time I cry in the bathroom almost every single day I anxiety and depression is eating me up whenever someone asks if I'm ok or how I am doing I say I am doing great but I'm not I am a worthless human being and I feel selfish whenever I talk about my problems because I know other people are going the worse then I ever could but late at night as I sit in my bed over thinking I can't get her off of my mind counting all the reasons everyone hates/or should hate me I choke back my tears while I am breaking myself to pieces the voice in my mind will not leave me alone

Youre right. Im not fine. Not fine at all. I cry almost everyday, but i dont let people see. Yes I smile but that's only because I don't want anybody else to be sad. I don't want anybody else to feel the way I am feeling, cuz it's not right for anybody to feel this way, so yes I smile I try my best to be encouraging, and I don't have too hard of a time being encouraging during the day, but it's at the night time when I'm sitting in my room by myself alone, that's when I have a hard time. It use to be easier, tho, going thru my day, fake smiling, and telling my "im fine" lie. But now... it's hard. Really. Really hard. I try to remind everyone that im there for them, and that i love them, but i dont feel as tho anyone is here for me! But i guess some of it is my fault. I dont share what's going on in my life, cause i dont wanna be a burden. Some people are going thru worse then me, and i shouldnt be complaining. But my struggles, and worries matter too!!My life isnt bad. It's just me, im just bad. Im broken, so broken i cant be fixed I just need a hug. A long one, one where all my worries fade away for a few minutes. But i dont want a fake hug from a "friend" i want a true, meaningful, hug from somone that actually care, and someone who wont leave me. I feel as tho everyone is leaving me! What am i doing wrong!? Why do i keep being left behind!? Why??? I just want someone to show me that they actually care!!! Why am i not enough!!!??? Why.... why.... why.... Im really sorry. I kinda just went off there. I really just needed to get it off my chest. Thanks

I'm sitting in my room, crying and listening these. it's one of the only times I've actually felt this level of sadness. I'm thinking of my ex and how I miss him to all these videos. he meant everything to me and now that he is gone I think I'm nothing.

You are worth so much, never think that you're nothing because you matter. You matter a lot. I'm a stranger, I don't really know you, but I can tell that you're an amazing person, a perfect human. Try to think of all the bright things in your life or how you have made someone's day, even by randomly smiling at them in the street. Breakups happen, and it's totally unfair how sometimes only one person is hurting a lot because of that, but that's what life is. It will keep going on, no matter what happens, I know you're a strong person and you can make your way to the light. Keep fighting, I promise it will be okay. P.S: Smile for even the sun will envy its brightness!

In this moment I realized I try to make myself happy but the more I try the more weight it is on me.the more weight pulling me into the darkness that I can't breathe in. It is like weights tied to your wrists and ankles pulling you deep under the water to the point where the more you try to gasp for breathe the darker it gets. You want to holler for someone to come save you but no one can hear and no one can see it's like you don't have the breath it takes to even say one word. You feel lonely like it never stops so you keep getting deeper and deeper.

I miss her every day. I pray she is okay. I love this, tells the story of me and my father... he mentally abused me my entire life always tearing me down and telling me I'm worthless, I tried to commit suicide at 15 because of him. since I walked away at the age of 16, I have grown further and further away from him, I am now 27 and have been slowly making something of myself. I grew into a woman and healed myself, which he never got to see. Now he wants back in my life, I see the regret in his eyes when I back away from him... I have to thank you for bringing these beautiful words into my life and helping me feel the thing I have been trying to grasp hold of for the last 18 years. I love you and your soul speaking words x

I realize today depression is stepping stones into our beauty inner spaces we haven't talked about or explored yet what's beautiful is being able to see what is there thongs unseen but can give you beautiful A-ha moments with a tear and a smile I fought depression for years being brave enough to give it another go there's always tomorrow I overcame being a victim of several journeys of my childhood being sexually abused and enslaved in many ways to a lot of other forms of abuse I over came addiction today very grateful to be here and always leaning in more today than yesterday have. I can't count the times I've stood on the bridge not admiring the sites but calling myself a coward because I couldn't jump. Wanting to so many times. But the fear oh surving the jump is what I feared the most. Which was the thoughts.

This is me :I am not sad and I think I am fine but I distance my self alot from other people , I'll talk to you if you talk to me but I don't like talking for long and I will not open your messages for ages . It's not that I don't like you , I just don't like to allow people to close to me I always keep everyone at arm's length more of possible. I can't trust easily and it's hard for me to allow you to be close to me because I don't like being hurt. Even if people know my situation or what I have been through I still distance myself from them and not talk cos the more closer they come the more they have an advantage of hurting you and that's why I don't have any close friends or best friends who can understand me . I want someone but I can't allow myself no matter how much I try . 🥺🥺 Please don't hate this is just me . PS sorry for any spelling mistakes

This comment made me sad. Im sorry. You sounded like this special girl in my life. She is distant to me rn, but i am gently reminding her that i am here for her, its hard for her believe this things because her mind is telling her otherwise, but i dont want to be bullied by her mood disorder. I can only imagine how hard it is to battle your mind every single day. If only i can share her pain. I will keep on texting her, i am not sure tho if she is reading it because 3 weeks with no response from her. But i am hopeful that she is taking her time to get better, and i hope she gets better in time. 🙏🙂💞 Sorry, just a question why wont you allow yourself if you like someone?

@@dreib5129 omgg I am so sorry it made you sad. And I like reading the story about this girl, it makes me feel I am not alone and that I am not crazy. I would give you advice on how to handle her but I don't really know because I am in the same situation and it's hard when you don't have the answer yourself. But I say keep messaging her, show her you care but don't do it so much that she feels guilty of ignoring you and blames herself. If you are able to visit her , do so . Try making her happy, try talking to her on a deeper level , try understand her . It's hard for us because we feel we are happy but deep down inside we know we are broken and we just want to be fixed but it's impossible. I mean would you want to fix something that is so broken ? It just hurts alot . Also to answer your question, I don't allow people close to me even if I love them because I had this best friend who is my cousin . We used to be like twins have so much in common and always be together , she was one year older than me but we didn't care the age difference never mattered to us. Last year she was going to finish school and go college whereas I still had one year left and I used to get scared we wouldn't make it but I kept hope. Eventually throughout last year I saw her change and grow more closer to this who she once used to hate (now her best mate)and become like her. You could say I was jealous but I told her how I felt about it , I don't think she really cared as she brushed it off . I still kept fighting for our friendship but I just felt like she was pulling away and it was becoming one-sided . Soon after that we had a massive argument because I confronted her about this . She said she doesn't care that she is changed and then started saying stuff about me that she knew would get to me . Because the stuff she said was things people have been saying to me for years but I wouldn't pay attention to them because I knew I wasn't like it , and when the one person I loved , cared, and trusted for said it . It hurt . I lost my trust in her and everything , I fell apart. We are not friends anymore still cousins. Our families used to be so close , they don't know exactly what happened but they all blame it in me and say it was my fault and we ruined the families relationship. So now I'm quietly suffering because people won't understand. I am way better than I was but this issue has lead me to distance myself because the people who you love truly and deeply are the people who will always break you and hurt you. So it's better to distance yourself and break yourself before people can do it . I am sorry to bore you with my story

@@lakeisharodrigues9183 I see, now i understand where you are coming from, i am sorry that you had to experience it, and it really hurts because you trusted and loved that person. At least you learned something from it, i just hope that someday you will learn to trust and love again, and i hope that if someone who is real enough to care and show love for you, you will be brave to let them in. Those kinds of people are rare tho, its hard to find them, because some people will be only nice at the beginning, but lets not lose hope that there are still genuine people who will care. 🙏🙂💞 And hey, you didnt bore me with your story. 🙂

And I hope one day I would be able to find someone who will be able to show me all that ... And hopefully by then I'll be strong enough to let them in 🥺. Also good luck with your girl , I hope she can also be strong and not distance herself . She's one lucky girl to have a person who understands her and will care for her like you . Please just be patient with her , it's hard . Don't ever give up on her or lose hope . Trust doesn't comes easy to people like us so once you break her , it'll be the end . So please be good with her .

@@lakeisharodrigues9183 lets keep hoping for the best. Its not always happy moments, there will be not so good days that we will learn something significant in life from it. Yes the trust issues, i didnt promise her anything, i will just let time prove to her. I will do everything that i can. Sometimes i am thinking that maybe i am annoying her with my texts. But who knows. Time will tell. For now i will focus on career and self development that is what she told me that we should focus on those things first. I am here for her whenever she is ready. 🙏🙂💞
