I’m in Upstate NY, Albany area to be specific. There’s this woman who does all massages - including scalp massages! I’ll be going to her for the third time this Saturday! I want to increase my frequency from once a week to twice or three times.
Not sure where u leave but there are Korean scalp treatments that involve massaging the scalp. Not Aryuvedic (no oil) but seems to be great for scalp health.

Hello Farida, I have all of your oils but I am perimenopausal and became allergic to castor oil a year ago, so I can only use your products as a hot oil to wash out, but the essential oils I can use everyday. My comment is help us peri post and menopausal women with your awesome products we need something with saw palmetto and other dht blockers for our condition. Looking forward to your response 😬
I've wanted to try something like that and because I have 4 type hair, I wasn't sure how well that would go. Also, there isn't a place where I live that does that.

Curly Proverbz, your hair has always been beautiful! Another good key for hair growth is to use betaine. Betaine is the true moisturizer for dry hair that prevents tangles, breakage, damage but many people are not using it. Ytube vid: betaine hair moisturizer

I can really speak for Ashwagandha. I use it internally as opposed to topically for hair and body. STRESS IS SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED! Sometimes I think this herb got me too calm in these streets lol. But i highly recommend this if you lead a stress life, with your doctor's permission of course. I absolutely don't regret it

I know ingestion is questionable but I bought some cassia and amla to try. I’m breastfeeding my first born still and currently pregnant and read some conflicting information online. Hey. So as someone who is pretty much always in braids I infuse them into my oil for my scalp and I make a tea to spritz when my hair is feeling dry. Then I’ll do a full mask whenever I take the braids out and before I put them back up.
