I went from shoulder length hair pre- pandemic to cutting off the relaxed hair and grows back my hair to shoulder length hair in 1 1/2 years… I use MSM , amla your CP henna, fenugreek oil, whatever else you recommended! Y’all using this exact same routine as this Ayurveda fairy queen🧚🏽‍♀️ ms curly proverbz my hair went from 3 inches to 27 inches within 12 months, yup twa to hip length in a year all facts. My hair naturally grows a quarter of an inch every months genetically speaking with this routine with the addition on taking fenugreek supplements everyday as well it went from one quarter of an inch a month to 2 INCHES A MONTH.. epigenetics is a real thing affecting the rate in which your genes 🧬 express to go past what your genes naturally do. Hi Hair Whisperer!!! I have been adding your amla powder to my shampoo since I found your channel in February. I'm also on a hair growth journey and I've been keeping my hair in 2 "space buns" for protection since February. I use your amla powder for my shampoo and your henna powder (both powders depending on my mood lol) for my glosses and masks. I found your channel after I had to cut about 3-4 inches of very split ends. My hair was past my bra strap, but above my waist line. My hair has since then grown back and I think even exceeded the length it was and it is much thicker, stronger and my curls are beeeeaaauuuutiful!! I use the elixir as well. You're just awesome Sis!!!🤗

Your old henna tea routine has always been my favorite. I call it the "aryuvedic aphogee spray". I still do it, especially if it looks like hair is getting a lot of breakage. Honestly, I cut down on henna gloss and full mask when I saw that video because the results were the same to me but less messy. It would be interesting to see a versus on that to see if it's the same with everyone else.

I love this product it’s been a month and I’ve grown about 2in !!!!! Crazy but I will say my hair was already a reddish brown and now it’s pretty red. Sometimes even purplish but girl it’s worth it for the instant change in hair health it could be green and id still use it at this point. But if you have reddish brown hair already know the red hair will get brighter !!!

CP can you pls make a video for us fine thin haired ladies. (FTHL) I am a FTHL and the majority of the time I find it's better to keep my hair in a 3/4wk protective style (ie, braids, crochet, twist, faux locs) to help prevent breakage and promote growth due to low manipulation. This makes it hard to do a lot of your hair routines and or challenges. I can't leave my hair out for too long, it just doesn't thrive well when I do. I've been trying to change that. I've been following you and using your routines on/off for 2yrs (and now your products which I love!), my hair has grown out but is still at the same length stage it was when I began. I've been natural for a little more than 3yrs and have had to do a chop 2xs. I suffer from traction alopecia which is why I'm so glad I cans across your channel abs products. For right now though, I'd really just like to get it to grow past my chin and to not get droppings in the sink when I comb or style it, That'd be great! What say you CP? 😘

Made the transition from West to East. Henna is not the same. Used Egyptian henna to color my hair and 1 hour is all it needs. When I told the Egyptian girl I used henna for 4 hours or more she laughed. Saying 1 hour is all you need. They use argon ail heavily over here. I switched over. It's cheap too. See many women with my type of hair here. Physically I actually blend into the environment except my style. AAs have mad swagger so hard to tap that down. And, do I want to? NO! They have Dabur Amla oil too.

I'm going to take a journey thru Africa thru hair care products. As I travel to each country I will switch it up to whatever they are using just to see how my hair adapts. All natural folks so no damage. First thing I bought was a blender. The heat is no joke. I'm moisturizing every few days if I go out in the hot sun. Tried braids but grew out too fast. Don't want to keep doing it. Heavy, hot and had to keep cutting them because of growth. Barely got 1 month off a braiding. Not expensive though and they braid fast here.

Hi, At first, the video was very clear. But then I got confused at the end when it was suddenly mentioned that the double treatment could be avoided, and it was possible to just put Amla in the shampoo. Does this mean that Amla is a protein substitute - and the egg isn’t needed? Is only one deep conditioning treatment needed? If so which one does the Amla replace? In general I always love your videos, personality, kindness, accent, and content. Your enthusiasm and creativity are limitless and bring me back over and over again. I always feel positive after I listen to you. one thing that might help a newbie girl out is - It might useful to reign in the scope of each video so the “newbie” doesn’t get overwhelmed. For example - just the old routine. It then give equal time to what the new routine is that replaces the old one. It would then be crystal clear. In the end, I’m totally inspired by you to go put oily goop in my hair - just not sure which goop! Egg or amla ?? lol

Thank you for the vegetarian/vegan option! I am neither at the moment, but I am allergic to eggs and don’t typically have them at my house. I used to just do an avocado, coconut milk, olive oil, and honey treatment which I also added a bit of conditioner to. It was great (but I have been so lazy). I imagine the one with the egg has much more protein though. I will have to try this if I can just get a small amount of eggs. Thank you for the routine! I need to try this!

Wow very interesting I was wondering how you maintained your length thanks for sharing your past routine 🙋🏽‍♀️ towards the end you mentioned that your new routine is different with the Amla in the shampoo instead of the egg pre poo so is this your routine now or do you mix it up each week with the Amla. shampoo one week and egg pre poo the next? Also the same with your deep conditioning routine is it one week without the powder and the next with the powders can you do an update routine please thank you again for sharing 🙋🏽‍♀️

This was very helpful. Can you do something similar but with the products you made in your monthly prep? Because I'm trying to figure out when and where to use those items throughout the week. Such as, when to use the rice water/tea rinse, the oils, cowash, deep conditioner, butter, etc. Because in this routine you use the SM conditioner daily, but in the monthly prep, which item would you use in place of that?

I use egg yolks and Hellman's mayonnaise in my hair all the time to get my hair a homemade deep conditioning and I add olive oil or coconut oil to it. but you can also add your essential oils leave this mask in my hair for 15 minutes with a plastic cap and a warm towel but not a hot towel and I rinse it off and warm water you don't want to rinse it off and hot water because you don't want to cook the eggs in your hair I use my favorite shampoo and conditioner once I rinsed out the DIY homemade hair conditioner

So the seal is the protective hairstyle? What is the jar you are using for moisture? You showed it but didn't give a name. I have oils you listed and want to start today.

Hmm guess what I made. A tea with amla fenugreek and I dropped into the spray cedarwood, and peony essential oil and a dash of pink pepper essential oils. Not bad girls it's actually nice the smell. I ordered Davina too but haven't received it and I wanted to play with orange and lemon too..just sharing 💕

hello and thank you because I have been following you for a while but I would like to know whether you have low or high porosity. I have low porosity and have been advised against henna and powders. Thank you for your answer.

Hi Curly Proverbs, I was watching your utube What Actually Grew My What. It is a great hair you gave me really ideas of hair products I can use to grow my 4C natural hair. You have beautiful healthy hair. I would like to ask your advice on putting onion juice on thinning hair line. I have hair extensions in my hair. Do you think that is alright for me to put the onion juice on my thin hair line edges daily? I am keeping my hair extensions until the 16th February. I also use rosemary oil, castor oil and also tea tree oil all these oils together daily on my edges of hair . Many Thanks

Can you please tell me how do I include these steps while I have really short hair? I had long hair. But chopped it off in 2020 because of hair fall due stress and personal reasons. Now after trying all my desired short hair styles, I want it to grow even longer than before. I found you in 2017, again for Faster hair growth. Your oil- hena, fenugreek, essential oils, castor, coconut, olive oils, did help getting growth. So thank you so much for sharing the recipe.
