I ADORE Lovecraftian/Cthulhu Mythos Games, Films, TV Shows and Literature when they're executed well. So many people have never read Lovecraft even though he practically invented the concept of Eldritch Horror and so many people have been inspired by his work like Stephen King, John Carpenter, Benicio Del Toro and many others (For example, the Xenomorph in the original Alien film was partially inspired by Lovecraftian concepts).

Have you tried Subnautica yet? Or Amnesia: The Bunker? The first is survival but can easily offer an unintentional level of horror. The second is the best Amnesia game since the original.

Finally a game with some realism. I only stopped carrying cassettes in my pocket because they constantly threw off my balance. Why do you think they called it a "walk"man? It was so the cassette would be in there instead of your pocket so you were able to "walk" straight
i have a recommendation its called into the radius there is also a into the radius 2 witch is in early access and ofc its a horror game with survival elements you have to go on missions get money buy better stuff and so on but its only on VR i made a powerpoint presentation on it and got the highest assessment hopefully you read this comment

Still Wakes the Deep is an amazing horror game set on an oil rig in Scotland its got amazing voice acting and is overall superb I highly recommend checking it out
