Watching the breakfast meal with everybody sitting on the floor as usual, cannot understand why they don't see that sitting at a nice table with comfy chairs could be better.

Most Thai houses don’t have tables and chairs, they have mats for sitting on the ground.The one thing I learned is never use a pillow for a cushion….they get upset ( pillows are for your head not your ass ) 🤣

Some sponsees will say things so insulting it will make your blood boil. (No man ever suffered such indignations.😬) 1) No tiles for exposed to rain. 2) Having family members in your household is not required, but it's a trade off. If they are abusive, cunning or disruptive they have to go. Even if it means ending your relationship. Unfortunately you are embedded in the adjoining family farms scenario. It can be infuriatingly intrusive. Security is a plus. Privacy is gone. Know the family structure before you invest in your future. 🙏

I believe you can own a condo. I have been back in Canada (so no visa acquired) 😀 but last trip I took advantage of the 45 day stamp on arrival. Will be back in May 🤫
