@@praiseverse at the end of infinity war wanda had to kill vision to keep thanos from getting the last infinity stone. after which thanos used the time stone to revive him, followed by thanos doing the snap right after. There was maybe a minute between her husband dying and her being snapped. She was brought back in that exact state of being livid. and there were maybe another 10 minutes between the reverse snap and her fighting thanos.

Yes, Captain Marvel fought Thanos while he had the gauntlet on and still almost beat him. Wanda fought him without the gauntlet but she outclassed Captain Marvel. What a dumb take.

When they do clash, she simply willed the reversal of the snap. She is, by far, the strongest Avenger by power, though her emotions open her weaknesses. Had she not relished Thanos’ suffering here, IronMan would still be alive because Wanda could have killed Thanos in a blink.
If she was the Scarlet Witch then, he wouldn’t even be able to beg for mercy after what he did to poor Vision. She is the literal definition of ‘ride or die’.

@@rh.papon3125 There's no definitive source that states what it is but it is most likely Uru as Thanos literally destroyed the workshops over the neutron star that Uru comes from after he had Eitri make him the Infinity Gauntlet and it's really the only material that could have broken Cap's shield like that, Thor's Hammer is made out of Uru bit isn't sharp so it can't cut into the shield and there's no Adamantium in the MCU yet so the only real possibility is Uru being the blade's material, unless Thanos was able to get his hands on some Vibranium from Wakanda or something
He literally did it to a wounded thanos, not alone and at the final, scarlet single handed thanos so bad that he needed to kill his own troups too so he could have a chance to escale from wanda wich literally played with thanos, even destroying his ( idr the name) special steel double edge sword
the point of this is that every other avenger only care about getting the stones away from thanos or keeping them away but wanda cared very little about that, all she wanted was for thanos to die a painful death. she wanted revenge.

Becomes half timid as she has learned being aggressive was a mistake. 4. Ripped out of her shell again because a monster murdered her fiancé. It was like poetry, it rhymed with how it all started. @@trdestruction6678 idk what marvel movies you're watching but Wanda never murdered vision on her own accord, also I like to look at her story as more of a woman who rose to become a superhero, struggled with her responsibilities but ended up becoming a wife and mother, later a widow and grieving mother.
In the whole movie, wanda was the only one who literally just cared about revenge . If every superhero in the movie thought of revenge then whole universe could have blasted. Reason: every superhero have extreme powers but they control them so that they don't do anything wrong. If they lose the control then every superhero is thanos.

The only reason she wasn't able to kill him was because of the blasts from the ships, but you could tell she was starting to show signs of her true power in this battle
He created a situation where she had to kill the man she loved to save the universe and earth from immediate destruction and tyranny. Then rewinded time undid what she did, and then made her watch him murder him. And she was taken in the blip as a form of "mercy" from thanos. From her perspective this trauma and loss was 10 minutes ago. If she had anything besides serious revenge, murder, or making sure he suffers for his henious crimes and pain he inflicted on her, I don't know how she'd be not feeling set out to kill him. It would solve a lot of problems. I can't even imagine that kind of pain, I'd be running on pure rage and grief. This is also after losing her brother less than 5 years before and her whole family. Vision was truly all she had left who loved her in her life.

I think this is because in that fight she's one of VERY few, if not the only one, that can actually do so. Yeah, superheros have morals and all but if any of the other guys could've killed him then they'd have tried too. Like Thor. The rest knew they couldn't do that, so they attempted a more realistic solution. Wanda went balls deep cause she knew, and proved, that she was able to end his existence.

I always enjoyed how thanos demeanour would change depending on who he was interacting with. A lot of characters react to everything one-dimensionally, but thanos shows a wide range of subtle emotion when you compare him to when he was with loki and Thor who were trying to survive, then with the avengers who were trying to stop him, and then with Wanda who was trying to kill him.
