Yes, just like cars and anything else that is financed.
Sheds are typically on rent-to-own terms and if they fail to make their rental payments we pick them up.
My wish is not for anyone to get anything repossessed but rather for everyone to make great decisions and prosper.
I understand people fall on hard times and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly, if you can't pay you can always voluntarily return it.

Proverbs states the the borrower is slave to the lender. Even though there is no debtor’s prison like there used to be, This woman is handing over all her cash, maxed out her card, and borrowed more from a family or friend to pay for something that she probably couldn’t afford in the first place. Predatory lenders like payday loans and rent to own take advantage of these people, effectively enslaving them in a cycle of borrowing that digs them deeper and deeper into debt. There is peace in being content with what one has and living below one’s means, allowing one to put some away for emergencies or to save for something that they can then pay cash for.

Just think about the mentality going on here! I'm thousands of dollars BEHIND in my payments, and my shed is packed FULL of things that look like, just maybe, they are worth more than the back payments. I have a stash of crisp one hundred dollar bills at my disposal AND "SOMEONE" willing and capable of wiring one THOUSAND dollars to my bank account in MINUTES. I just don't understand.

You have patience with people who seem to have problems in keeping that payment promise to the rent to own company and this is hard on you as many times I see you having to take their crap out, and believe me they know it is past due, not your fault but theirs, more people like you are need in this world and enjoy the new amish stories on your channel from you and your wife, thanks Appears you are not the only person she owes money to, has lots of toys unpaid for. People need to learn to budget.

Well,it sounds like a benefactor made a payment with Zelle. Now they owe money to the benefactor. Credit card maxxed out. Just wow. My wife and I paid off our first house and the payment was 135.38 a month. Then we sort of freaked out when we bought the second one for 160.00 a month. Even then all our cars were cash in full. We never appeared to have what our friends did, but now with things the way they are now, we worry more about money now than we did then. What will a dollar buy that we saved up is our worry

Man im upset. I had a pot belly pig, had her spayed, and of course she was OUTSIDE! She had her dog house, and walk around get exercise, fresh air. You have to feed them small portions (no dog food) to not get over weight! These people should not be allowed to have the pig. Poor pig is lonely and over weight. Poor baby their great pets but you have to take care of them!!!!!!!

How expensive are these sheds that people can owe thousands of dollars? Does your company rent to people with poor credit and charge them really high interest rates?

one thing about repoing the building the person needs to know when it is to be picked up ! plus if it has a vehicle in it the shed can't be picked up ( the vehicle will role out through the other end ) ! Oh and anybody that drives should know this : "not all automatic transmission cars have park "! some automatics were push button in the steering column And some push button on the dash !!
