worked flogging t shirts for this lot in the 90's..great band and top blokes..used to love this track..'everyone stop what you're doing and listen to the band!' :)
Rick Witter, coming into the crowd at V Festival, and putting the mic into my mouth to sing the chorus, incredible experience, inspired me to get all their albums!
Met Rick Witter on the CH4 Eggs On Legs Tour In Norwich, Norfolk England in the midd 90's. Nice bloke Pissing down with rain, early morning.Thinking to myself, their off to stardom and I'm off to work. They never really broke the mainstream but what a powerfull band. There music cuts deap with me.
ok i'll tell you....they were on a train back to YORK and they counted the number of huts..seriiouly..I always thought it was the number times the nomads had ran from HULL...
great tune! but the riff is just kinda whats the story morning glory by oasis lol...then again oasis were the biggest band at the time...even robbie williams tried to sing like liam gallagher!
