We went by there and tried to buy this one but they wouldn't sell it because they said there was no way to move it and we were told they don't build them anymore! It is so cute!

Out of all of the shed homes I have been looking at this right here one of the best, I love the floor plan plus the Loft there's so much you can do with that, and just the fact that you can design yours exactly how you want it, I'm sold.

That is a cool little house with beautiful woodwork. The windows behind you at 6:47 are double pane and are likely therefore insulating. Do they put in kitchens? Lastly, are these just made out of regular sheds? I ask because most sheds state they are not for habitation as they are made with materials that outgas toxic chemicals. Thanks!

If you look on our channel we have delivery and set up videos we don’t have any of this particular two-story building but the process is similar only the collapsible roof Has to be set back up once it is delivered

It shouldn't cost much more to have a full second floor instead of [what seems to me to be] a huge waste of space. I know a lot of people like heating and cooling all that empty space above their heads though... Each to their own.

It gives it a much bigger feel on the inside. Downside is how are you going to use that 2nd floor window across from the upstairs? I could see adding a floor across from the other bedroom and have one center staircase. It would be a full 2nd floor then.

@@jonlynch9089 Assuming the window you're talking about is on the upper level at the opposite end from the end window he stood next to... then there would be no problem accessing it really (unless the stairs were moved to run up that wall) because the windows are the same size and position on both ends. If the stairs ran up that wall there are ways to open and close curtains or blinds from below - rods, cords, or even remote control - and we never bother to open the end window (over the stairs in our TR1600) anyway. :)

You can go to Derksen Portable Buildings and as far as I know there is only one two story still in existence for sale they have discontinued those and it is sitting at about 25,000

Yes they are doing gray's windows Easy to see Any window lower than 3' has to be tempered glass I don't know if I want that Anybody to put the bathroom door in backwards Gives me the creeps

Base pice before add ons should be posted. So everyone knows it isn't a scam or knows what they are looking at cost wise to see if it is an option for them. There shouldn't be different prices until there is add ons.

@@WybleFamilyAdventures Just came from their Manufacturing Site.... Not Listed and even put in the Model Number Sundance Series TR-1600 ( New Day Classic Manor) and it came up with nothing. Been searching over two years and can't seem to the two stories anymore from them. I Emailed and hope to hear back. They Do Have the Loft Ones but Not Two Story.

its just another word or an illegal livable unit. the kitchen isn't in. but once they get it on the property they will put it in, and get away with it being called a shed. It's a tiny house. period.
