Sheep affected by achromatopsia (a genetic cause of blindness) are dramatically better able to navigate a maze after receiving gene therapy.
For each animal, you see its ear tag before treatment and its poor performance navigating the maze. Then, you see the same sheep (ear tag shown again) after treatment (in just one eye) showing markedly improved performance; actually very nearly normal.
