I believe it's a 26" M24. The accuracy at 100 is phenomenal, it consistently does 0.5" or better. The factory ammo I use falls apart a bit more at distance but the barrel is great
@@Womfat oh wow!!! That is super encouraging. I’m hand loading so I just gotta find a powder weight with good sd’s and we should be deadly. Thanks for the response and the videos.
How do u go about registering for something like this. Are there prerequisites u have to go through before participating in such an event or can anyone off the street simply sign up and go for it? I dont live in NY so id be looking for one in my state but this looks freaking awesome. For so long i been wanting to get into competition shooting but simply dont know where to start. Are there caliber regulations? Or is it shooters preferance?
@@limboneutral6849 i got a farm in Pa so been shooting 500 plus yards since i held my first rifle on a round bale. Now i have crap like send it levels and bubble levels both on my rifles. If u never heard of the send it level should get u one. Thats a game changer for when u start clicking the scope dial.
I acquired it second hand for a good deal before I knew anything about centerfire.. so I don't have much reasoning behind the decision. I don't regret it though, it runs great.
@@WomfatCool thanks. I got a certificate at the last NRL22X match so interested in a CF action. Seems like a solid choice if you dont need all the options for the TL3.
The tl3 is an origin with the ability to customize it like if you wanted a right hand bolt but left side eject for example. There are to many options to list here but if you don’t need those options the origin is definitely the way to go and save 500 bucks. I hope this helps!
