Bad Teacher using poor terminology and low safety standards. What is "moosh" certainly not a mechanical engineering term! Every machine has a standard operating procedure, learn it first, then lean to make something with it. Imagine taking those kids for a driving lesson and saying I'll show you how to drive down to the shops and you'll figure out how to operate the car later!
