Yes, please! I would love to see more sheet pan suppers. These are practically lifesavers for me during the week, considering my husband’s and my work schedules. As long as I have recipes for healthy, quick meals (preferably using as few dishes as possible, hence the fabulous sheet pan suppers!! ❤️) I will make them happily!! My husband and I switched over to an anti-inflammatory, whole foods way of eating when I was diagnosed with some severe back issues, and it has helped both of us tremendously!

I just made this using Quorn chicken fillets because I'm vegetarian and it was so amazing: that marinade is something else! Thank you so much for this video, it fits in with my low carb low cholesterol diet and is a game changer for me. To anyone reading this, don't sniff the marinade before it goes in the oven because the Dijon goes up your nose and makes you cough 😂

Have made this meal a number of times and never disappoints. The chicken is done to perfection and the flavors of the Mediterranean shine thru. We have also made the vegetables without the chicken. You just need to cut back on the time. A great tasting, easy to prepare dinner. Thank you for posting.

This looks good. Seems like it would be easy to change the marinade to Teriyaki sauce and serve it with rice, or an Italian marinade, which sound equally good!

I have made this twice now, but with a whole head of garlic, boneleless thighs and without the olives and parsley. It's really one of the best recipes I have ever tried.

After watching this last night, I made a special trip to the grocery store today to get the chicken thighs, zucchini, a lemon, and some feta (I had everything else) and made it tonight...and it was AWESOME!! Will make a couple changes though: less oil and probably skin the chicken first.
Greek cuisine is brilliant, every time I'm visiting Greece I'm eating so tasty and healthy food, I love it. Especially at small villages in Islands, I swear you can find umami in every bite. Great video 🥰
I love the fact that you marinade in a glass bowl and not in a single use zip lock bag like most of the inconsiderate "chefs" on RU-vid. Good on ya. Looks very tasty. This recipe should also work as a one pot rice dish with these flavours.

I’ll use parchment paper after marinating veggies in bowl (to make clean-up easier). Hope to make tonight, but need to get groceries… tomorrow for sure!!
I loved it! Only thing I would change is to add garlic spices and mustard and then drizzle oil in while whisking to get a smoother marinade. Then let marinade for 4-8hours

I tried this tonight it was delicious, more like this plzzz. Twist: I sprayed some optima on the chicken, it gives it the reddish look and taste as if it were browned from grilling

We've also made your Hummus and all of your meal prep recipes. I have four sons and one of my sons loves to cook with me in the kitchen. We are in the middle of building our dream home and I haven't had a "real" kitchen to cook in for more than 2 years. I dream about the day I can be at my island watching you across the room and cooking in the kitchen from so many more of your great recipes. THANK YOU for being out there.
