The United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has filed a charge against Sheetz for hiring practices that are alleged to have been discriminatory.
This is total BS, I see a lot of minorities working at sheetz on the eastcoast The United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission should go after the all black hiring practices around the nation or the bilingual only practices in California.
I have been working recently as a Supervisor for a Sheetz in West Virginia outside of Chaleston. I left due to mismanagement, manager not wanting to give me my Faith days of observance off, lifting up and lessening duties of what sheetz refers to as "people of inclusion" excluding my religious request, elevating people of interest whether they want to work or not and one of his close friends who managed a local store was promoted to some position with HR and this guy's mother inlaw being the regional director soon, sewed up for management for to the regular employee a acute conflict of interest. WOW! Though it was just a job but not
they didnt hire me,,,i then went ten whole miles on a bicycle i found sitting by a tree to a city i have never been to before where i did not know one person and i was working within a day or two,,,you cant stop the will of a good man,,,
If they succeed in suing Sheetz for doing criminal background for new hires, it will force all businesses to stop doing them... and then there will be no way to tell if you are hiring a child abuser, convicted murderer or some other wack job. What does our Governor have to say about this? Has anyone seen him lately?
Was in harrisburg a month ago the sheetznear my hotel had a blark🤢🤮 that was rude and disrespectful to a customer, maybe it's for the better if humans didn't have to live with the kessers
