Is there a plan for all future housing proposals? It would be good to calculate the total occupancy of inner city development to see if it can hold the entire population of Sheffield or if they are not intending to relocate people from the suburbs, how are they going to upgrade all the facilities to deal with the expected influx.
They only build housing for Chinese students now. Sheffield was bought by Chinese government for £6 billion a few years ago. Sold by Julie Dore when she was leader of Sheffield council. She made many treacherous decisions and visited China to take direction many times.
Its all bitty. When I asked the council how many flats and their occupancy rate, they gave me the wrong answers. I had to prompt them with more realistic answers and then they had no clue how many people in them.
