I have a question for you. Have you tried controlling those with DMX? I have the same Shehds lights (18x18w RGBWA+UV) and here's the problem. If I try to control the strobe via DMX, using a software or a controller it doesn't matter, the light just shut down while the value is being changed. So no way to slowly increase or decrease the strobe, and the strobe has precedence over any other functions. See the problem here? When I try to do animations from a preset that contains strobe to another preset that doesn't, I can't fade from preset A to preset B over a period of time, which has always been possible, even with the cheapest lights. I don't know if I express myself correctly. Does your light act the same way? While you move the strobe slider, the light is like waiting for the value to stop before executing the new strobe speed.
