SubhanAllah, I loved that point about habits - they don't go away, rather they get replaced by new habits when we decide to change (when we become conscious of the desire or principle that turns ideas into action, then plans, and then habits). Same thing with desires - you tackle one and another one takes it place for us to now deal with. SubhanAllah. Really valuable point and highlights the importance of knowing the nafs and shaytan's traps better. A video on shaytan's traps, the enemy of insan, would be really beneficial bi'itnillah
Best podcast ever subhannAllah bilal assad is one of my favorite and made great points allahumma baarik! Can you please try to invite abu bakr zoud ? That would be a dream come true! Keep doing what you do brothers❤️
It’s true’ I feel so sacred and disgusted the way the ummah has become Hajji parents yet they are allowing there children to commit major sins as long as the children help financially Funerals with no knowledge of Islam the ummah turn up to claim inheritance
Actually it was not lgbt but symbolized peace. Some people order books that way. Once I wore a shirt with colorful stripes and people also thought it would be bcz lgbt 🤦 even it were different colours … I think today you cannot even look at the rainbow 🌈 with this association… so sad
Mashallah mates for these episodes with Sheikh Belal Asaad. As a recent convert I stumbled on your podcasts mates and this episode is amazing. Im grateful to Allah SWT that being amongst non-muslim youths growing up was an experience Allah wanted me to have to gain perspective. Alot of what Sheikh said was true in my early years and Im grateful that the values of Islam has with dignity and the topic of marriage were things I always carried in my heart subconciously. Keep up the great content guys, greetings from the USA.
MashaAllah. It was Sheikh Bilal and your first podcast with him who brought me here and since then this channel has become one of my favorites. May Allah make this channel reach many people out there especially the youth
Really good topic especially as a parent of a little boy. Interesting to know what the challenges are today to prepare for what I need to look out for when my little boy grows up. I pray he grows up to be a steadfast, confident and proud Muslim man who has best of deen and dunya and marries a girl that is good for him.
I love Fairdinkum, great content and discussions very refreshing ! That’s a great point - that the social media platforms now offer financial gain for people to upload content , just to make it harder for those to say no and so they end up jumping on the bandwagon .
my favourite podcast & sheikh BILAL Assad in one video? May you reach your goal so we could get our hands on the marriage podcast! Much needed and all the best ‘faired inkum’ if you know you know! 🎯❤️🔥
@@FairDinkumAU no way! more blessings your way my G, all the best on you endeavours whether your 2 weeks in or just like this podcast it’s been a little under 2 years since 📈🤪❤️🔥
Salam brothers and sisters. This is an issue of the age we are living in today. These problems present an issue for both men and women and they are not reserved only for the youth. I too am an educator and see many of these issues but not just amongst the teens but adults as well. How many countless marriages have ended in divorce because of face book and instagram alone? It is important to recognize that these apps are tools that are used to degrade society both non Muslim and Muslims alike. Muslims are not immune to these issues. We just don’t discuss it because these are taboo topics, and if they are brought up it gets uncomfortable very fast most don’t bother bringing these topics up and choose to continue to live in ignorance, thinking oh this is a western problem. Meanwhile our youth is engaging in all of it, they just do it in secret. That does not fix the issue, it actually makes it worse.
