@@Hairlady143 I was so intrigued by this beautiful scene with your Mother and the other actress that I found the movie and watched the entire thing. I especially enjoyed seeing this scene as it flowed in with the whole movie. Beautiful.

It's a shame that at 47 yr and in 2023 I'm just now discovering who she was, a very beautiful and classy woman and I look forward to learning more about her amazing life.

This woman was beyond triple threat. She could sing, dance, act, she was super popular because everyone said she had a sweet personality, humble, and drop dead, three times gorgeous. What happened to us black women? How did we go from this to Niki Minaj! (No shade just asking). They don't make black women like this anymore.

When fathers are missing from the family unit, and when women think being a single mother is ok it leads to disaster

When they start using terms like “shade”, it’s all gone to hell.

What a beautiful voice!! ❤ Never knew this actress, just discovered her today, by accident, after listening the same song, by Frank Sinatra. Did she sing other songs in movies, too, or this was the only song by her, recorded?
