@@MrAizatazmi no its not. our music industry now has stooped lower than our economy in 2011. and with our gen z's current fascination with lagu leleh (aiman tino, haqiem rusli) the problem is only getting worse.
reminds me 1990 when I was having industry training in Tokyo, one day bila masuk the kedai jual pakaian, tiba2 kedai ni bukak lagu Sinaran Sheila Majid nih., huhuhu bangga wehhh
Sheila Majid had concert in Tokyo stadium in late 80's/early 90. My Singaporean friend working Tokyo who attended the concert, said that the Japanese audience when crazy even though they don't understand the language.
Good old days.. but doest mean today entertainment doesn't have something good.. Stop being so negative on recent entertainment.. Back in the day there also bad song
Saya suka sekali dengan lagu2nya Sheila Majid. Banyak orang Indonesa juga suka lagu ini, bahkan ampai sekarang masih sering diputar di radio. Musik memang pemersatu yang paling bagus. Love Malaysia from Indonesia 💕
Thank you very much! I'm one of Malaysian music lovers. I know many Malaysian songs. Malaysian artists have very professional skills and talents. I respect it! 😊
There is also one melodic line in chorus that reminds me of Casiopea's Domino Line. I can't help myself to sing Sinaran everytime I listen to Domino Line lol
until now I still love Malaysian Music.......even before I come and work in Malaysia for about 6 year............I love Malaysia......twice every year usually I visit all my Malaysian friends.......what a beautiful people and country.........
There are always people who tried to undermine the achievements of Malaysian Malay artists. For example, many people in this chat room alone had said that Dato' Sheila Majid's Sinaran song resembles plastic love by Maria Taekeguchi. Have they ever heard the plastic love song? There are not even close. Plastic Love is a sad tuned song while Sinaran is a happy tuned song. Plastic Love song had slow paces while Sinaran had fast paces. Some people said Sinaran is a kind of City Pop genre. In the other hand, the songwriters and Sheila themselves were saying that Sinaran is a combination between Pop - Jazz genre. Now that both of the songwriters had pass away and only Sheila Majid is still with us.
She doesn’t have to do jumping, doesn’t have to try hard to all out dance, enough of her to do just a classy shaking and she’s the only jazz queen of our country Malaysia. Not even educating generations Y and Z through her music but also communication skills. Believe me, her confidence of communication style has always been the guide of her fans and she is sheila majid. The only Malaysian quite simple proudly stars who continues to gather multi-racial and multi-ethnic fans from all over decades until now. Keep it up sheila for a new product.
Asian countries, like Malaysia are progressive and forward looking countries by default and it's proven in every part of the world progressive and modern countries will have better economy, more respected and greater living standards. Look at countries like US, China, South Korea, Taiwan and Germany. Progressive countries also prefer to do business with fellow progressive countries.
Ala netizen poyo. Semu sibuk aurat perempuan tp aspek lain dlm Islam ke laut. Tanya diri sendiri la kenapa jd cm ni. Seems like aurat perempuan paling senang untuk orang judge and it makes everyone feel better how imperfect their lives is. Senang kata, benda yang paling senang orang nak kecam untuk menutup kelemahan sendiri. Tula namanya hipokrit.
Shiela Majid looks so beautiful~💖 she looks like one of those beautiful SailorMoon villains ~💖✨💖 need this song in Japanese version !! the song suits to be anime opening song too~
ini bru real artis sheila majid...interlegent sexy....ratu pop malaysia...diharap ada artis skrg trlahir seperti sheila majid...lagu dia dr dulu up to date hingga kini tk lapok ditelan zaman..tetap diminati hingga kini...lagu sheila lebih kepada muzik antarabangsa suasana dunia....sbb itu berbagai bangsa meminati lagu beliau....lagu dulu boleh dikatakan betul2 seni dan jauh lebih seni dr lagu zaman skrg...era 80an..byk melahirkan penyayi yg berprestij..sheila majid
My God, I am a Malaysian, this is my very first time to know her from my favourite song genre City pop, am I too late to become her fans? What an impressive singer!
@Ezra Do you agree too that the fashion and makeup of the 80's made the women then more beautiful? Sheila may be short but the dresses she wore then made her body looked so proportionate.
if she were to perform on public broadcast with these outfits in the current era, i bet alot of flakes would be given by netizens, but honestly even if she did, there's nothing wrong to it malaysian singers is on another level back then
As a J-POP fan and in particular, someone who listens to a lot of citypop, why cant Malaysian music sound as good as this nowadays? Never knew even that there was such things as M’sian citypop until now, Anyways, such a great song
R&B Malaysia conquer da industry, that kill our music industry. Most mainstream are R&B singer. But indie & underground singer/band give da quality, their songs should be top list in radio not R&B & Meme/comedy songs. Most cringe ppl support those crap songs on radio.
Zehila Majid penyanyi populer diMalaysia, suara, gaya, cantik, sedap dipandang, menyanyi goyang sesuai lagu yg dinyanyikan, menyiawai.Ini baru penyanyi top,,,,,top,,,,Malaysia.Penyanyi berkualiti bagus.
To all my fellow indonesian. Me myself from kabupaten Indonesia.. Was born in 1982.. Dont u ever dare to compare SITI NURHALIZA and SHEILA MAJID to other indonesia singer.. If u are indonesian.. And being born late 90 at least.. U will know who is both of the name which i wrote up there.. Yes.. We got agnes. We got melly.. We got a few top male singer. And please. Ask them.. What they think about Siti & sheila.. Then u know.. Sheila and siti from malaysia.. But technically.. Kebanggaan nusantara..
Decline? I mean Japan is very progressive compared to other countries. Your people are very orderly, creative and hardworking. Maybe economicallg it is in decline, but culturally and technologically, you guys are far ahead of hundreds of countries, youve reached the peak. One thing,,, your belief is false. How about delve into Islam? You'll find the truth InshaaAllah
Great song... love it! & zainal abidin who was playing the percussion is super awesome. Btw, I didnt realize that Sheila Majid was soo cute and pretty during her young age until i watch this clip. :-). Just b-e-a-utiful!
