I have never gotten a text from speedaf about any charges. Maybe you ordered something big enough for them to add custom charges on it or they suspect it's for business purposes. I have received a whatsapp text from them only once, asking if I received my order. And then they asked if I am purchasing these products to sell them, to which I said no because they are for personal use.
