ok, watching you makes feel better about doing that rolling foot motion on heel toe downshifts. Pedals are just too far apart to do a proper heel toe move.
Nice Lap, great sound. I feel for you in 100F heat - same happened to me last June when it was 97F and I couldn’t break 2:01.84 on the same configuration. Difference between those atmospherics and a 60F is at least 1.5s per lap
