The best part about Amy, is she is played by Mayim Bialik, who was referenced in an earlier episode (S1 E 13 "The Bat Jar Conjecture") as "The girl who played Blossom" and also has a doctorate in Neuroscience in real life.

Zack may not be the brightest guy in the room, in most rooms actually, but he is still a great and nice guy, one of the best side characters here.

the flashback episode is definitely a favorite simply because you get to see characters that were mentioned way back in the first few episodes of the show, such as joyce kim and the previous owner of pennys apartment. it’s a nice little moment for people who have been watching since the beginning

Yeah, a recurring thing about this show is how thin the walls and the floors are. It's crazy. 2:32 Well, it wasn't Penny's apartment back then. If you'll recall, she'd just moved in in the Pilot episode. This takes place before the Pilot so of course she's not there yet. The person who previously lived there was mentioned in the first 2 episodes. Sheldon said he was a large transvestite with a skin condition and his name was Louie/Louise. The flashback episode is a fan favorite. But it's filled with plot holes. First of all: Joyce Kim. In previous episodes, it was stated that Leonard dated her for 27 days. Here, he says he knew her for less than 12 hours. Previously it was stated that she "Defected back to North Korea." Here, she walked out because she couldn't stand the roommate agreement. Secondly: the elevator. In the tame machine episode which takes place in 2008, Leonard said that the elevator had been broken for 2 years, Sheldon asked Leonard if they should make a call about it, and Howard acts like he doesn't know how it broke. Here, we learn that it broke in 2003, Leonard and Sheldon are responsible for breaking it, and Howard is a witness. 9:08 Interesting to hear you say that. I still listen to music on an ipod. In fact I still have all 3 of the ipods that I ever owned. I like Zack. He's not the sharpest pencil in the box but he's friendly. I never would have known that Raj said "Get back on the whores" if Howard hadn't said anything. I thought he said "Horse." 17:51 He already said that they'd broken up. He said that in the Elizabeth Plimpton episode. 20:00 Good prediction! This is the 2nd-to-last ever appearance of Leslie Winkle. She will return one more time. 23:13 Wouldn't he say "I have a restraining order from him. I'm not allowed to see him"? 24:53 Good point. I was mad at Penny for this, but you're right Howard and Raj are great at finding women for Sheldon (I noticed that at the time I wrote this comment, you had very recently posted the 2nd episode where they do this for him. I'm still catching up on your videos). Fun fact: Amy was only supposed to appear in this one episode, but Jim Parsons (Sheldon) threatened to quit if they didn't bring her back. Fact fact 2: The actress who does Amy is Mayim Bialik. She is the person that Raj wanted on their Physics Bowl team after they kicked off Sheldon Fun fact 3: Mayim Bialik is the only actress that has the same degree as her character. None of the other actors are actual scientists. Season 3 is the best season in my opinion and in a lot of people's opinions.

I disagree with the previous post that said "best thing about Amy is...." And then went on to explain that the guys actually name check Mayim (the actress) back in season 1. That is a VERY fun trivia item. However, the best thing about Amy is she is funny as hell. She can make me laugh with just a facial expression. You'll see. Season 4 is going to be fun. 😁

The Prop Master also was a Chef & prepared & provided all the food shown & eaten on the show. Writers even added brownies in one episode because they wanted brownies. All the gizmos seen on Big Bang were produced by the Prop Master.
