My Mom fixed spaghetti, cut-up hotdogs with butter &milk for me and my two sisters when we were youngsters. We loved it! Now, at the young age of 74, I still dine on the dish constantly.

It's not bad if you don't want to make meat balls. Just throw some dogs, or even a sausage or two over a hot pan/grill, let them brown a bit, chop'em up and drown them in pasta and pasta sauce. Though a good meatball can't be beat. Just watched how he makes his, and nope. They gotta be browned first.

@@joemckim1183 Well, cook it this way, boil the hotdog in a separate place, and when the sauce is ready you can throw the little pieces of hotdogs in the sauce, when the pasta is ready mix em together.

In Brazil, spaghetti with hot dogs is veeeeeeery common. Kids eat this all the time, mainly on public schools, every wednesday is spaghetti and hot dogs day! And is a great "night snack" too! You can do it with ramen noodles, here we have a tomato ramen noodle, and then you just add the hot dog pieces on the pan, and done! You have this amazing food in like 5 minutes. (I must say it is not the healthiest foood, but it is sooooooooooo good.)

Yes, no. Hotdog refers to the type of sandwhich (people debating if it s a sandwhich) and the sausage itself which is an USAmerican adaptation of the Frankfurter and the Vienna
