Probably my favorite winter meal is chili. I love it in all forms and this white chicken chili will certainly hit the spot this winter. Fully cooked and seasoned to my liking, sitting on my pantry shelf for me whenever the craving hits.

Hello and welcome 😊 I canned the green salsa Verde using my green tomatoes left at the end of the season and this year I grew tomatillos so I'm going to do both versions this year to compare. I'll have that video out this month for sure so please keep at an eye out for it😊
