facts which is why many ship are sunken as well its cheaper to sink it then recycle it.

@@dosilecreations6229 nope. It’s often too expensive to actually cut it up, you’d get less money by selling the scrap that you’d spend on tools, supplies, and wages to scrap it. This process takes the toxic and/or valuable pieces of the vessel away and sinks the bare hull, the parts too labour-intensive and worthless to be scrappable.

If you see what happens to these ships that are sunk, the wildlide almost instantly swarms it and lid´fe flourishes there. All poisons are removed before, and it is just a harmless hunk of iron.

It's steel so it rusts away into nothing. While that is happening, the fish get to use it as a fort.
