Sure is a good video. Sure wish I had that machine growing up. We did it by hand but it was fun. Sure don't want to get finger in the roller. No rain again today. It's around 100 and real feel 110. Have a great Sunday afternoon.

I have the same sheller. I run 4 to 6 peas through at a time. If you do too many at once sometimes they get crossed and hang up. Im pretty good with it now though. Drought here and I didnt get my peas planted quick enough and the grass hurt my harvest but I still put up quite a lot and am still getting Cream peas and just about to get black eyes in the next day or 2.

Nice pea shelter Dan. It seems to do a great job. Really good point about those safety guards. A lot of ag processing equipment can be pretty dangerous without them. Some are dicey even with them.we’d have some sore hands shelling two bushels of peas! Take care.
