Didnt know Kengan Omega was as schizophrenic and weird as Baki

I thought baki was crazy and kengan was the realistic series. This man shen literally just stopped breathing so he wouldn't get old

I think on a personal level, Yujiro would definitely want to kill Shen. He's essentially an affront to everything Yujiro is. A person so petrified of death that he would turn his decendents into mindless puppets. Only becoming as strong as he is through living so long instead of growing through constant combat. Yujiro in contrast has climbed to the top on his own in a relatively very short time. Sacrificing everything to do so. A man who trusts that his sons would both rival and maybe one day surpass him (he is by no means a good father but would never want them to be mere copies of himself). I think because of this fact, Yujiro would break Shen mentally before doing so physically.

For as much as I am a Kengan fan I still think Yujiro has the slight edge in this fight, but I can't help but see that edge getting smaller and smaller with every new Kengan chapter we get

I'll say Yujiro he has the earthquake feat but has gotten far stronger since then going from high diff win against doppo (needing the demon back) to low - mid diff against a dinosaur sized African elephant (not using the demon back) and we have far more examples for Yujiro thanks to him and the baki series being around longer. The connector may scale above everyone but they haven't shown the same level of skill or power as baki yet most of there feats come from a hand full of characters in comparison to baki where many characters have reached the high tiers of power.

It's too soon for me to tell, Shen may be just one idea of the strongest there could be others who don't stand out, he for one did not let himself be known of. Won't downplay Shen he has not gotten the chance to show his full capability just the fear of it being used and how powerful he is when he personally handicap's. He knows eccentric body techniques and uses them flawlessly. Yujiro is also the type to know obscure techniques, boils major techniques down to useless measures when your strong, far too strong to be opposed he won't be seen doing a lot, he just does not need to. I think the world of Kengan is not afraid to have a world that challenges the strongest individuals ideas, and expression of personal superiority, for the same to say have I achieved all that is possible. Yujiro's world in Baki won't question it so those people won't exist only a handful of abnormal will try but won't challenge Yujiro to his level of ideals, the masses have already he is the strongest, the father and son battle is all that can contest him. Shen can embody more between the two based on the world ceiling.

I'm going to go with Yujiro considering it's been stated that he gets stronger every moment as well as the fact that he can instantly master any martial arts he sees Shen is clearly a copy of Yujiro this is basically one of those weird Kengan copies Baki moments with how ridiculous they can make their fighters but you know there are still people out there that think the brats from Tokyo revengers as well as lookism can take on these two Titans of combat.

We all know waka didn’t shake the mountain. 2 people at his level of his power clashing at full power didn’t do anything close to it. Literally no one, including Ohma, Agito, or Rolon commented on this “godlike punch”. and how exact would punching Fei (who is using Water Kata), in the middle of the stadium even do that?

The Jab scene in Baki had Yujiro specifically say the jab is the only one with a name that actually is accurate, so make of that what you will

Im just thinking about this, but there's a way for the Kengan Association to beat Shen 100%. They asked for a kengan match, you can't kill anymore in a kengan match or you lose, they can just send Hayami to fight him, he can fight till he dies and it can be gg.

I'm taking Yujiro on this one but I think it will be very close. He's like Saitama in the Bakiverse, constantly bored because he's not able to go all out with his opponents, even vs Baki in the father vs son fight, he was still not giving his 100%. so it's very possible that the earthquake feat was just a glimpse of his power.

Shen wulongs a baki character lost in the kengan verse, hed be somewhere around bakis level imo (which i believe is fair given the feats we have seen and heard about from exposition) but not yujiros. Could be proven otherwise but at this current moment hed be mollywhopped.

i can't understate my excitement for this up coming netflix movie! I'm a huuuuuuge baki fan, but watching the kengan series of events unfold has certainly been something else. It's like watching a new born child just get hulk strong and you can't do anything but watch it grow stronger. I want to personally believe yujiro is just better but who knows what the case might be and what the case might be in the future. With that said, i am very much looking forward to see everyone go all out on each other.

Shen is no doubt a genius, but he mastered all of his skills through time(isn't he like 1000 years old?). While at this time in baki yugiro can almost instantly master any technique and even surpass the original user just by watching them use it once. I wouldn't be surprised if he could simply master all of shin's techniques as they fought then outpase shin. Similar to when he fought kaku.

Yujiro had a lowkey trouble with Kaioh Kaku who is 146 years old, he did win via straight up brute strength. Now Imagine 1300 years of martial art knowledge, experience and unlike Kaioh Kaku, the connector is arguably still at his "peak body". For me it's the connector who will win BUT the most ICONIC is still Yujiro

Ok listen here…. Yujiro has a undeniably better, stronger, tougher, faster body and superior biology compared to shen and since he’s a genius he can copy any skills upon seeing them just once, so yujiro upon seeing Shen’s abilities he just copied it and applied it to his inarguably superior body effectively surpassing shen in the process 🤷‍♂️

I'd say that for now even if we high ball the both of them yujiro should have a slight edge over shen in AP/durability and speed while wulong is a bit more skilled in all honesty. It'd be a good fight an extremely difficult fight for both but untill wulong pulls some insane feat like using a better version of Fei's divine demon he loses in the end more than he wins.

The difference between Shen and Yujiro is that Shen built his body for thousands of years just to get to his current strength While Yujiro was born with it

i think we have seen a lot more of yujiro than the connector, we have seen much about the last so we cant know for sure his true power, he could very well be far stronger than yujiro or far weaker

I bring this up any time I see this discussion because its a feat people dont often bring up. Yujiro in a position with zero leverage without demon back while being in Baki's signature submission used one arm and punched the ground creating a 20 foot crater. Now I chalk it up to poor writing, but thats just an insane feat even for baki's goofy standards

I think people underestimate kengan characters compared to baki. Even more now with Kengan Omega, I think Kengan Omega new characters rank with baki top tiers.

the thing is that shen is more of a mukaku type of figther since he isnt the strongest neither the fastest but has the best techniques and experience by far, having said that while that makes shen the strongest in his series by far, on baki mukaku barely breaks into the top 5 and that is simply because the strength , speed and durability of certain characters goes far beyond any martial arts not only that the current top 2 baki and yujiro both can replicate ANY techquine in the world by hving seen it 1 time. Shen is overpowered but hes just a top 10 in baki nothing more than that

Its too soon to judge as baki has been around for decades and the connector hasnt been in the spotlight enough ... Theconnector basicly laughs at pre innitiative and nerfs himself in fights so that he bring himself down to their level so obviously he is MUCH stronger then current discussed featsand much like the demon back/brain amplifier the connector might eventually have a perfected advance or something aswell that he could use. Not to mention that he has thousand of years of experience above yujiro that gives him and edge in fighting. That said at the current time with current feats yujiro wins lowdiff but in the future the rolls might reverse or atleast come closer.

It would be a good fight, that's for sure. Shen would enjoy it because he's specifially looking for strong oponents, and Yujiro would enjoy it because he would have a chance to go all out. As to who would win, I think Yujiro is tankier and slightly stronger than Shen, but Shen has more knowledge with his centuries of experience. Kuroki can straigth up just put in fingers through concrete. He gets slapped through a wall and doesnt budge. And that's the second? strongest character (so far). It would be a good fight.

For the plots sake shen would have to be weaker than yujiro cause he’s an antagonist. Don’t get me wrong yujiro is too but the way the Baki story is set up Yujiro will always be written to be at the top no matter what. In Shens case he’s just being built up as the giant mountain that ohma and Ryuki have to overcome. Shen will eventually be beat. Yujiro will never lose.🤷🏽‍♂️

I think Shen Wulong realistically wins this one tbh. He has centuries of knowledge and experience in fighting. To prove this Shen Wulong In chapter 254 Claims he taught Wu Hei “Huisheng”. And that means since Wu Hei appeared around 5000 years ago according to chapter 95 of Kengan Omega, That means Shen Wulong is around 5000+ years old meaning he also has 5000+ years of knowledge and experience due to his many reincarnations of himself he’s had due to Huisheng. Who knows how many wars and battlefields and fights he’s been in compared to yujiro who is only around his late 30s. Shen also has an absurd control over his body making Gaoh Mukaku look like a joke even though he needed to nerf his own body to make the fight fair for Mukaku. Yujiro is not beating that monster.

His understanding of “Principles” makes this fight a tough one but one that he will undoubtedly win. Only another man who has mastered “Principles” can match him. I actually kind of think Yujiro is weak emotionally and is constantly stressed. He's the worlds strongest and has to keep up his act as a savage beast, hence why he's so much meaner when someone stronger pops up. His weakness is a personality like Sen Hatsumi, Shen, Baki and Yuuichiro. I feel a lot of anime shows the same premise of the loud ones being extremely powerful, but the ones relaxed or stoic are leagues above them. Saitama and Garou, Niko and Ohma, Yuuichiro and Yujiro. In my opinion if this two were to fight, the first half of the fight would be extremely close, however the second half depends on Yujiro, given that his power mostly comes from his absurd body meanwhile the connectors power mostly comes from his "principles", Yujiro could easily copy the connectors "principles" and win the fight, however Yujiro is too full himself and sees martial arts overall as weapons for the weak.
