This specific Rubiks Cube lacks the final shape.
Maybe it explains why the Truncated Cube came to life later.
The edge length of this prototype is between 70 and 75 mm. The corners were cut off because Erno considered the puzzle too big and difficult to use. Erno Rubik explained this to some visitors during DCD 2009.
