SHEP Lane Blades 

SCDOT's SHEP program has started putting "Lane Blades" on the front of some of the state's SHEP vehicles. It enables Incident Responders to safely remove debris from highways without stopping and getting out of the truck and into traffic. Here, District 4 SHEP Communications Manager Al Terry explains how the new devices work.
