Which chant tone for the Nunc Dimittis is this? Tone 4 but Solemn?

Unfortunate transposition, seems to me, although superb as always. Surprised Tallis group did it...I think they keep their Ockeghem way low (also considering they're the kings of refusing to raise the lower tone 2-1 or 7-8 cadences...).
