We were in St Augustine. It was lovely. Very good sound proofing on the rooms we thought as we couldn't hear anything from the pool and we were right beside it.
The Housekeeping was spot on. No issues at all. They don't come in every day but they tell you the dates they do come on your info pack. We didn't pay extra for it.
