I'm currently staying at the Sheraton Vistana Villages for the first time and my husband had been driving. This morning i dropped he and my son off at EPCOT and then plugged in Sheraton Vistana into my GPS. Guess where i ended up? 😂 Vistana Resort instead of Vistana Villages. Woops! We are enjoying our 2BR here immensely. We come back in September and are staying the the Vistana Resort so it will be fun to compare. This video comparison was fabulous! Nice work.

Been to both and the Vistana Villas edges it for us but this may be down to an emotional attachment (was location for our honeymoon 25 years ago) so we tend to always gravitate to the Villas. Good review thank you.

Have stayed at the villages previously and loved it, just accidentally booked the vistana resort instead and was freaking out until I watched your video. Thanks for easing my nerves about my mistake. I’m even more excited for our trip now!

Great video. Have the Resort booked for October. Though I accidentally booked Villages at first. Wanted Resort for the closer proximity to WDW.

Honesty both resorts are great and most families would enjoy either. I think the Vistana Resort has a tad bit more activities which is helpful. Also look at the Marriott Harbour Lake and Cypress Harbour. Thanks for checking out the video and commenting. Hope this all helps and have a great trip!

Excellent comparison. I've been looking for a nice comparison like this for these two resorts for years. Been going to Vistana Resort since 2010 and always wondered how it compared to Villages.

I stayed at the Vistana Resort in August-September of 2021. I loved it. Since people were slowly getting back to travel the resort was empty. I loved the fact that it had so many pools. It never felt crowded but then again like I mentioned the resort was pretty much a ghost town. I found the staff to be friendly. If there was an issue with something in the unit maintenance came to fix it quickly. I didn't experience any issues during my week stay there. My family is traveling in July to Orlando. My sister and her family will be staying at the Vistana Villages while I will be at a different resort. I can't wait to see how she likes the Villages. Thanks for your review of both. I enjoy Marriott and Sheraton properties.

Yes agreed, we’ve enjoyed the Marriott, Sheraton, and Hilton Grande vacation properties in Orlando. There’s so many great options! I hope you and your family have a great trip! Big thanks for checking out the video and glad it helped. I think both of these properties are great for families and either is a win. Unfortunately I haven’t tried the HGV Seaworld but it’s def on my list of place to try. Also take a look at the Marriott Harbour Lake (there’s a review on this channel) which is my fave for small kids. It’s just the overall vibe and activities are great for kids.

Great comparison video, extremely helpful!!! We've stayed at Vistana Resort and I was wondering about how the villages could compare (especially after the 7 pools and mini golf that my kiddos loved!) I think we'll be returning to Vistanta soon!

Bed texture? The same or is one Vistana firmer/softer than the other?

I don’t think there’s anything noticeably different about the beds. Pretty standard hotel room-like firm beds but I slept well. Hope this helps. Big thanks for checking out the video and asking!

Most Vacation Clubs I can think of have carpets.🤔 I reviewed the places we’ve visited for “no carpet” and the Margaritaville resort or the cottages mostly do not have carpets. Also the HGV Parc Soleil only has carpet in the bedroom (which could be avoided) and it’s a nice space and resort for a family. Big thanks for checking out the video and asking! Oooh, I can understand how one may think the Vistana Resort is more beautiful but I don’t know if I agree.🤔. I think both properties are nice and worth visiting but I also think the grounds at the Vistana Villages look a little newer. l also think the water features and bridges add to the appeal of the Vistana Villages looks. I like the Vistana Resort a little better but the look of the grounds is a wash in my opinion.🤷🏾‍♂️. Big thanks for checking out the video and sharing your thoughts!
