Check your footage at the 3:13 time stamp on video someone lifts the bottom left corner on the blind in that window.

@@bxx32.. I had a welfare check done for my neighbor and the police ALWAYS yell and announce that they are there doing a welfare check because they are trespassing on someone’s private property and they can get un alived . The fact that you don’t understand this is a little disturbing.
