Judge is 54, and Sheriff’s daughter is 17. Age of consent in Kentucky is 16, but there is the “10 year” statue; consent is only applicable if there is no more than a 10 years difference between the parties’ ages. There have been several accusations floating around comment sections, Reddit, and other social media sites. The judge and sheriff, allegedly, were close friends over the years. Rumors have been circulating for years that there is an active adult scene in this small town. The judge has known the sheriff’s daughter since she was a little girl, and the community has insinuated the judge has been grooming her over the years…AND the adult activities both men are supposedly involved in have resulted in the judge being “close” to the sheriff’s wife; the wife is of an age that her consent is not being questioned, but a new 17 year old girl with 54 year old man, who is a close friend of the family, is a line that should not have been crossed…ALLEGEDLY.
I ran across a RU-vid video too where a guy says he lives in that town and that the rumors were true. 😢 And if he's made a video discussing it, I'm sure others have too as well as commented under posts or commented on sites like reddit.
In other comment sections, allegedly, the sheriff's wife was seeking a divorce (due to DV) without his knowledge, and the judge was helping the wife and daughter to leave. And why the judge had the contact info for both wife/mom and daughter. Additionally, the sheriff was corrupt and his deputies were SA'ing inmates.
Something tells me that judge been doing this foolery since the sherrif was his bailiff and he knew so now when the judge messed with his daughter he knew what was going down and shot him. Smh
First and foremost, as the lead detective of KSP I'm highly disappointed that he would come to a preliminary hearing of this magnitude so unprepared. He basically knew NOTHING! Every fiber of my being wants to lean towards saying it was more intentional of him not giving up any information. In any case, he made himself look crazy because if you're the lead detective and you know that the defense will question you, you need to come prepared to answer any and all questions because this determines whether this case goes to trial and if an indictment is handed down. Simple questions he was unable to answer. Who were the (4) individuals in the chambers before the incident occurred with the judge? His reply, I don't know their but a report is being done on that, I didn't interview them. What sir! If anyone should know that information it should be him! This is his case! He also said, he was told someone said they heard someone scream for help but they knew it wasn't Stines voice. When asked who said that. He said, I don't know someone else interviewed her. All of these interviews should have been reviewed by him before he came to this preliminary hearing that's the duty of a "lead investigator/detective". I can already tell what kind sloppy work this is going to be. According to the lead detective he said, another detective interviewed the daughter with her mother present because she's a minor but he has not reviewed that either. And if I'm not mistaken they did NOT send her phone off to forensics 🤦🏾♀️ all they did was verify that was indeed her number on the phone. The only phones sent to KSP forensics were Stines, Mullins, and one woman who works for the Sheriff's Office who volunteered to give up her phone due to a txt message she received from Stines during lunch regarding the meeting with Mullins. The detective said she's not sworn so she's obviously a civilian. And also, the video footage that was presented was cut because it failed to Stines using Mullins phone to call his daughter and then using his own to call her. The entire preliminary hearing was useless and I've never seen one so pointless in my life. More witnesses should've been called and questioned. The entire hearing in my opinion screams "COVERUP" and "SLOPPY POLICE WORK"!
The judge/daughter having each other's number in itself isn't a smoking gun, as kids can have the numbers of their parent's close friends for various reasons. But, I'm curious to learn what's in those messages. 👀 Ironic, the civil case seems to hint at all of them being "inappropriate," but seemingly no action was taken on the sheriff's behalf until his own daughter came in the picture. Ain't that rich. 😒
I don’t believe the rumors. The sheriff was the shady one. He’s the one that wouldn’t investigate his deputy who was SAing a female prisoner. Sheriff was in the process of being sued. Sheriff’s wife didn’t appear to be in the courtroom yesterday.
I've been watching Court TV's "Vinnie P" I can't spell his last name right now. I had surgery yesterday and that medicine still has me loopy 😂 however, when this first happened I do remember someone being on his show saying she's been staying away. When he had his first appearance hearing someone pulled a slick one and he was represented by a public defender. And the judge and prosecutor wasn't having it because he is not indigent and never filled out the form. However, today he's hired attorneys and is now "retired" isn't that RICH! So, someone on the outside had to help him put in his retirement paperwork and it could've been her. We'll never know.
I don’t think it’s about the lawsuit it may come to play, but I think it’s more about his daughter. Was he grooming that man Daughter because why would her number be in his cell phone? 🤔Why would he be communicating with her? 🤔The father don’t work for him anymore?😏🤔
I was wondering about the daughter as well when they stated he called his daughter using the judge phone... and that she was interviewed with a parent 🤔I wonder how old is the daughter
Sometimes they do but generally they don't. Preliminary hearings are meant to present all evidence on the defendant to show probable cause that a case exists for trial to present to a grand jury to bring forth an indictment.
@@JoyJoysWorld girrrrrrrl you know there's some shady shit that goes on in small town rural Kentucky! 🤣😂 Word on the street... Judge was messing with both wife AND daughter of the sherif. (apparently some of this had been going on for some time.) There's a whole list of sexual harassment allegations that goes back years. And even a person who had accused the judge (or bailif, I now forget🙄)of sexual assault, but you can't talk to her now because... she's dead😳👀. I'm sure a lot of this stuff is going to come to light. Just sit back and enjoy the show😜 (not of the dead, but of the corruption in small towns... That show, just clarifying.)
